Beautiful, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto with free parking. Very spacious, with two levels of living space over the main floor and basement of a three storey century home. Close to Lake Ontario, boardwalk, Woodbine Beach, cycling and walking trails by the lake, and Queen St. The apartment is conveniently located between the Beaches and Leslieville. Getting downtown is very simple, with the Queen streetcar being only a block away from the house.
