Vacation rentals with a kayak in Regional Municipality of Durham

This was without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! It was such a beautiful space. The view was unmatched and there was lots of room for all of us! We definitely plan on going back during summer months. May long weekend this year wasn’t warm and we would have loved to enjoy sitting out on that dock. Will definitely be returning!

The hosts Candace & Mark were so kind, responsive and considerate. We really appreciate their efforts to prepare the house in top shape even after there was a storm in the area. The house was spotless clean. Evrything in it was just perfect for our stay. I would like to highlight what we love the most. 1. Our family love to cook and evrything is in the kitchen. All utentils, kitchen needs and cooking stuff is completely available to use. 2. If you love netfix and movie nights, their home system is theater like atmosphere. Not to mention the very comfy couch and also easy to connect with Spotify for some surround music. 3. The outdoors were so private and you have exclusive access to the lake, and do kayaking. You could also do a lot of activities in the yard, it is so nice for badminton and some group games. I highly recommend this place. i have been to other airbnb's but this one top it for cleanliness, comfort and overall experience. 😊🙏

Great place and location! Fishing was the primary reason for our visit so if you have a boat the dock is very convenient plus there is a gravel ramp a half mile drive by truck and right across the bay by boat. If you dock your boat and have to charge your batteries there is two outlets by the shed for convenience. You will need about 70-80ft of cord to reach just as a helpful hint. The only thing I would be aware of and it’s my fault I didn’t know/plan for better is you’re responsible for taking your trash with you. I couldn’t find anywhere to take it to close by so it made the 7 hour ride home a bit crammed and interesting.

Great hospitality, a lot of fun activities available, and super accommodating. We are very grateful for the magical dishwasher and had an amazing time!

We had a lot of fun. Lots of spots for people to sleep. Games room and hot tub were fun, porch and firepit are nice areas for groups to hangout. Water nice and shallow off the dock for swimming

Anil’s lovely cottage was a perfect, private and cozy during our long weekend getaway. The place inside was spacious for friends and family. It would be beautiful during the summer time for sure since they have a big backyard with a lake. Overall, Anil was very accommodating, understanding and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time at Josh’s place. He was a great host, very responsive and kind. The space was big enough that we were all able to be together, yet still have our own space if needed. The surroundings were perfect. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway or getting a group of friends together.

This place is amazing! We arrived and were blown away by the waterfront views. The sauna is an added bonus as well. The home was cozy and able to accommodate our group. The view was the real deal. We caught a couple sunsets over the water in our kayaks! The host is very responsive and friendly, and welcomed us to their home. Will definitely come back here soon!

Rented this place with a group of friends and had an amazing time! This place is super spacious and has everything you could need - lots of towels, linens, kitchen appliances/dish ware, games and more! The layout is perfect if you are going with a family or group. The boathouse is amazing with fantastic views. Aime was a fantastic host! Super responsive and very helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would absolutely book again!

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view of the lake and a big yard with lots of privacy. Amenities are great and as described, the patio is very nice to lounge on and the fireplace is a nice touch for the evenings. The beds are super comfy, wifi is great, living room has a nice tv, bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and everything was super clean on our arrival. Most importantly, Shana was a terrific host, always quick to respond and answer any questions, and super accommodating with everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

My friends and I had an excellent time at Sasha's cottage. It was exactly as described, and perfect for our needs. We loved the lake access and had a great time on the giant floaty. There was lots of space for us to spread out, and lots for us to do. Highly recommend!!

This was our second time here. The place had some great renovations since we came last. The kitchen is very well stalked. Spacious common areas and a lovely meshed in seating area that views the water. Gorgeous sunrise. George is a great host who is super responsive when any needs arise. Great hikes nearby. Looking forward to returning.

Great cottage with so much to do!

A great escape from city life. So peaceful and private. All the fun of camping with the bonus of the lovely cabins. So much wildlife around and the beautiful nature. Brain was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was good. A perfect last summer weekend getaway!
