Monthly Rentals in Raymond

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy, just as described and pictured in the listing. Location in downtown Waterford was great and we were able to walk to the river park and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Although it is located on Main Street, there is little traffic at night and we had no trouble sleeping. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Christopher was a great host with a beautiful home. We were able to walk most places, the space was well equipped with everything we needed for a long term stay, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated his responsiveness and friendliness, and he wasn't intrusive. We would absolutely stay again.

Very clean without clutter. We went for Christmas with family nearby. The time taken to set up a few decorations was very much appreciated. It was winter, so we weren’t able to use the patio outside but it looked very inviting.
