Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rang-du-Fliers

To be perfect, the place should have had an elevator; 53 steps to climb; not obvious for the 3 X 20! A 2d Wc with a small sink would have been a must. But our pleasure and that of our friends remained complete; also, a big thank you to the owners!

Raymond's apartment corresponds in every way to the listing as well as the photos published. It is also very well equipped and soundproofed. Not to mention the garage as well as the elevator. As for the view of the sea, it is unspeakable. The location of said apartment is ideal in that the building is, so to speak, on the beach and it only takes a few steps to walk by the sea, either along the dunes or towards the Bay of Authie where to contemplate the seals. However, you can walk to downtown Berck to enjoy the shops and restaurants that are all characterized by their quality. Finally, I want to insist on the welcome provided by Christophe: he will be as accurate and punctual as he accommodates the arrival and departure times. Thanks to him!

the apartment is conveniently located to do anything on foot. Outside of the tourist period, parking is easy and free. i went there when there was work on the esplanade, which could have caused noise but the work ended during my stay.

Small but cozy apartment! 😍 Spaces are optimized which makes it beautiful and functional. 👌🏻 Tastefully renovated. Comfortable and equipped for everyday use. Good bedding and hot water for the shower, the essentials for a successful stay! 💛 The plus? Ideally located for us: close to a pleasant parking lot with sea views, direct access to the beach and sanitary facilities. My darling and I are traveling by VAN and Mom she enjoys the comfort of the accommodation 😉

Excellent experience in this very nice apartment. The spaces are very well used, everything is very functional. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were made. Pleasant smell. Very well equipped. Great location for our expectations. A guide was made by the host with the description of things to know, tours to do, restaurant tips. Board games and toys were available for the kids. The host is very responsive. Very nice. We had a lovely weekend and had a lovely time in the apartment. A beautiful terrace allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Large windows make the seemingly very bright. Towels and small touches were waiting for us. The little plus the code lock, great for our mode of operation, no need to do without the keys. We really recommend this rental.

Very warm welcome, the apartment is as described, clean, bright with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Parking is really a nice little extra. The sea is very close, easy to access and really close to everything which is very nice because you can do everything on foot. Thanks again to Louis for hosting us and for breakfast, a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very nice to stay in the area, very well equipped including the foosball table and the arcade game, and what can I say about the outdoors especially in the sun. Thank you for hosting us in this pretty area.

Beautiful place, cozy house furnished with care. Communication with Lena went very well. An issue with the heating was resolved the same day. Unfortunately, only the washing machine did not work (but was not very bad for us). Doggy could come along. All with a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed with 5 adults and 2 children (2 and 3 years old) in the house proposed by Axel and his family, it was perfect! Adapted accommodation PMR, suitable for children from a young age (stroller, bathtub, changing table, bed and even toys!). Very clean, very nice, good location, this place is one of the best Airbnb we've seen! Carefully decorated and with the necessary equipment for a great stay! We thought we were at home, nothing was missing! Axel is a great host, very friendly and smiling! Thanks to him and his dad for the visit and local tips! We'll be back with great pleasure!

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

This is our second stay at David's place and we plan to come back! It's a nice house where nothing is lacking, everything is designed for everyone's comfort: super equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds... Garden view and beautiful trees. April is still cool but it must be nice to enjoy the outdoor space, table, chairs, barbecue, plancha...

We regularly rent this studio which is near the center and the beach. We find the calm, all the amenities useful for a pleasant stay.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

Thank you for this warm welcome as well as this excellent accommodation, as described, we stayed 1 week as a couple with 2 small children, ideal location, close to the sea and shops. We will come back without hesitation again thank you again!

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.

The apartment is true to the listing. No nasty surprises. Great value for money. The location is ideal (close to amenities (market, Rue Saint Jean, beach...) Anne provided us with a baby bed which proved essential in our rental. I would recommend it in a second.

Hi everyone, The apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean, the bed linen smelled good, good mattress, the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Very easy to find a parking space on the street. +-250 meters from Lidl and Intermarché. Several small restaurants are right next to the apartment. Portel beach is +- 600 meters away. The apartment is in a quiet, dilapidated, small building of three apartments. The stairs to the apartment are steep. The position, price quality is very good. Thank you Margaux and Maxime.
