The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €100.00 FINAL CLEANING will be charged and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (Children up to the age of 15 are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The Residence Adlerhorst is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes in the mountain world, or bicycle tours in the valley or uphill. For Lazy Days our large garden with the possibility to chill, play table tennis or simply enjoy the sun is the place to be!

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Bluebird Base close to the slopes of Zilleralarena

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
