Super large and cozy house. You feel practically at home. Everything is here. I'd love to come back.

There were six of us, including our parents, both 90, on the ground floor there is a room with an adjoining bathroom, which was accessible. The house was very tastefully and comfortably furnished, we didn't miss anything. The contact with Marius was very friendly and straightforward from the beginning. We can fully recommend the house and would come back. Marius gave us an olive oil to try, which I was very impressed with, and we then bought a liter, it is in no way inferior to the Italian oil, on the contrary. Thank you for the hospitality

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

Barbara was a great host – always friendly, helpful and full of useful tips for the area. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the quiet neighborhood makes for relaxing evenings. Beautiful, cozy little wine owl! It's all as described! The inn, 20m away, makes it perfect! Would have liked to have stayed longer!

We had very quiet and relaxing days with Anna. Everything was great and we'd come back any time. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Too bad that at this time (or in general🤷‍♂️) there were many huts or inns. It's best to shop beforehand and cook at home.

Spent another quiet few days in the Waldviertel. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy. The house was all the more cozy in the house. And the poodle liked the large garden despite bad weather.

We stayed at this place as a group of 8 people. It's been great with the bedrooms indicated. The space looks a little bigger than it is in the photos. Nevertheless, it is completely sufficient in terms of space. The sauna and the hot tub are of course a highlight. Due to the good connection by ski bus, you could get directly to the nearby ski area. The hosts are very friendly and easy to reach. Overall, it was a successful and very nice stay!

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We had a fantastic time at this lovely house in Austria! The location is really ideal, close to the highway, which made it super easy to drive there quickly. The house was really in top condition upon arrival: clean, tidy and cared for, something that is clearly due to the fact that the owners do everything themselves. The beds were of excellent quality, so we slept wonderfully every night. The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. What really made our experience special was the owner. He was present on our arrival and very friendly, he gave us many useful tips on where we could go locally for food, activities and other attractions(guest card). This made sure we were really able to make the most of our stay. Already with all a top experience! We can highly recommend this cottage for those looking for a comfortable and well located place in Austria.

Ann is extremely cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, and everything was there to live independently. I would like to highlight Ann's love for animals. I was there with my 6 month old dog to IHA Wels, and Ann took touching care of both of us and recommended the best walks in the area. It was a win to meet Ann and spend a few days in her apartment. Anytime again! Highly recommend!

The villa is really unique. Enough space for more families, interesting furniture and decorations. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice wellness. Suitable for kids. Good distance to ski slopes.

It's all good - nice, cozy place to stay. Good starting point for winter sports in the area (family ski resort St. Corona, Mönichkirchen).

It was a very relaxing weekend. The spa offer is great and the apartment is very nicely furnished. Thank you and I will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It is extremely quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains and a horse paddock in front of the house. A small hiking trail with little public traffic passes directly by the house. The hostess also gave us many useful and helpful tips on site. All in all a perfect place to stay.

Communication was friendly and straightforward. From the hut, you can easily go to the mountains or to the village of Gasen. There are a few other houses in the area, behind which are woods and mountains.

We only spent one night. Definitely longer next time. Super nice and Simone was very helpful.

House and garden just beautiful, we felt very comfortable. The different seats and the garden were great, although not yet in full bloom, enormously relaxing. It was great for our dog, as the garden is fenced all around, you could also leave it outside without supervision. Favorite place of all of us to sit and watch (birds, insects, fish, frogs...). Surroundings of the Vienna Woods are great to walk with the dog. To Vienna, Tulln to the Danube, everything can be reached in half an hour. Wolfgang has designed the house and the garden with so many details, you always discover ingenious things when you walk through with your eyes open. Great thanks for the great days.
