Vacation home rentals in Austria

An excellent location: about 30 mns walk to the Cathedral (the heart of the downtown area). BUS27 has an unreliable schedule; so we walked most of the time or took the tram. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, pratical with great parking space. We tried Gasthauf zur Einkehr (Ruth's recommendation) and loved it. Thank you Ruth for your excellent guidance to a great place.

The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. The location is perfect if you want to go hiking, in the rain at the Ache, in the sun in Hochötz - the cable car ticket is included. Sabine was always available and very helpful. I'd love to come back!

The stay at Candace was great. We felt very comfortable. We were even picked up from the subway station. A prompt response was made to missing towels. The amenities were very extensive! The location near the subway station is very suitable for excursions into the city.

Maria is a great host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful place with good connection to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski area in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

During this time of year, Lachtal is a bit in slumber – not an issue if you just want to go hiking! I found everything without any issues, keys, entrance, everything checked out. The place itself is roomy enough for two people, though the table in the kitchen was/had to be quite small. Bed is good, quite comfortable. Bathroom is splendid, kitchen is equipped and clean. Only thing I could think of, is the walls being a bit thin, so I heard the neighbors (who went to sleep early and left early) do everything from having a conversation to using the bathroom, but I was lucky that this was only from 5 pm to 9 pm at the latest.

Awesome appartement surrounded by montains in a quiet area. Beautiful inside and outside with the best hosts you can ask for. Michael helped me with car issues on top of always having a good advice on the area. Internet was great and I had no issues working during my stay. I highly recommend 🙂

We are family of 6, stayed at Mario’s house for a week. The house is lovely and spacious. We stayed at the apartment on the first floor. It was super clean and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Mario was very responsive and friendly. We were provided with a crib and high chair for our baby. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Margot and Anton's bungalow. The fully equipped accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the rowing boat and the SUPs and the covered terrace where we liked to sit. The place was very very clean and we felt right at home. We couldn't have had a nicer vacation. We had a great time at the Alex's place. The view from the place was amazing. It was well connected through public transport. Most importantly, Alex was amazing. He took time out to help us with anything we needed and gave some brilliant recommendations. We felt at home here and he played a big part in that. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This apartment by Lake Irrsee is absolutely amazing! It’s perfectly located, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, offering stunning views right from the window. It’s also incredibly convenient for traveling around the Salzburg area, with easy access to all the main attractions. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious, and cozy. The hosts are wonderful! Communication with them was effortless and pleasant, and they quickly and kindly addressed all our requests. They are very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, they produce delicious brandy and liqueurs, which you can try and even purchase — a delightful bonus! I highly recommend this place! You definitely won’t regret it. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

We had a great stay at Jonas'/Herta's place. The location is amazing, full of tranquility but at the same time so close to so many amazing places (lakes, mountains, hikes, ...). Herta ws an amazing host with quality tips on what to do around there, especially those that are less run over by tourists. Fully recommend the place, we will surely be back in the future.

Everything was perfect

The host served all the necessary information at the right time; the apartment was extremely warm, with all the things you need for a comfortable vacation; we immediately felt at home. The location is exceptional, it offers a lot of activities- the kids went alpine skiing, me and my husband's cross-country skiing, it is possible to skydive, swim, the surrounding area offers a lot of nice walks (I recommend Tauplitz waterfall), excursions.

Small but nice apartment. Everything was clean, we felt very comfortable. Swimming pool and indoor playground are great for children. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

A hidden gem nestled in the mountains of Bad Goisern, this amazing home of Sabine with ultra beautiful surroundings is a must visit for every tourist visiting the Salzkammergut area of Austria. Our family of 4 which includes 2 kids had a peaceful stay and visited some amazing places like Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Hallstatt and Salzburg. Supermarkets are very close (less than 5 minutes away). View from the balcony is simply breathtaking !! Thanks to Sabine for making such wonderful arrangements for our homely stay in this Winter wonderland of Austria.

We had a lovely time at Christine's place. It was very clean with a nice personal touch with cozy decor. It was fully stocked with all amenities plus extra. Christine was communicative, helpful and accommodating. We had a great time, and our toddler really enjoyed the garden and playground. We highly recommend and look forward to coming again!
