The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

We offer you a newly renovated and furnished apartment in Prague 8, only 15 minutes to the center by metro or 10 minutes by car. There are several popular activities in the area, bowling is 200m from the accommodation, the famous Svatojánský dvůr restaurant is 50m from the accommodation, which is definitely worth visiting. There are also many shops, so you won't starve :). Lidl and Kaufland are right next door, and for larger purchases, you can visit the nearby Letňany Shopping Center. Right in front of the apartment you have tram stop and subway is five minutes walking. It has 3 independent rooms and 2 beds. It can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. Fully equipped place is convenient for weekend visit but also for longer stay.
