The quiet residential area features buildings from the turn of the last century and the building that houses the Luxury Loft Apartments has been reconstructed with a lift and features interesting historic elements from the Art Nouveau time period such as a wrought iron staircase railing and a pretty fresco of a feminine figure and a cherub located on the ceiling of the building. The center of Old Town is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and only one tram stop away from Karlovo Namesti, where there is also a metro station. It is a mere 10-minute walk to Wenceslas Square with the National Museum in the center of Nove Mesto.
