Beachfront vacation rentals in Punta Rassa

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Paul & Alicia’s home! Every single guest with our party said the words “This place is really nice” when they walked through the door. The home is beautiful with thoughtful, beach touches throughout. The pool is a blast and we set up games around it. Plenty of space for hosting and food buffet. We drove down to the beach access & dropped our stuff off (which took 1 minute) and then our whole party walked to the beach and the bars - even those os us with bad knees, because it’s that close! Price is better than anything around here for the excellent value! I would definitely book again!!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the updated furniture, kitchen and spacious layout. Our grandkids visited and had so much fun in the pool and visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our family providing both peace and convenience. Also loved seeing dolphins in the canal and the burrowing owls of course!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would give Matt and his home 10. The home was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Matt’s attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

Kate and team where VERY friendly, helpful and we had a minor key entrance issue and it was the middle of the night and they helped out! The pictures did this home no justice, it was a home away from home.

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! There were 8 of us for our annual family vacation. (ages from 70 to 16) This home was excellant with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This home was spacious with 5 bedrooms and bonus spaces where you could enjoy get away from the group if needed some private time. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, tropical landscaping with great views of bay. Located on dead end street and walking distance to beach. The screened in pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all.

We loved this home. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were extra comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Communication had a quick friendly response. The location was in a quiet, safe, peaceful and relaxing area. We loved sitting outside and watching the water or being in the pool. It was well stocked with all the necessities and plenty of supplies. Living room area had a large couch with plenty of room and nice large TV. The master suites were spacious. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

Our stay at the Tarpon House was nothing short of incredible. The home is gorgeous and looks brand new. Everything we needed was provided from dish soap to beach chairs. The pool was our favorite part! Gorgeous sunset dinners at the Tiki Hut. Could not have asked for a better vacation home. The host were amazing and had it all ready for us upon arrival. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Cape Coral home. The pool and hot tub were great! We enjoyed the amenities and the layout of the home; it was perfect for our family of 4…(with 2 college age kids). Maggie was great to communicate with and responsive to our questions and concerns.

It was a great quiet getaway for my friends and I. It is a little bit of a quiet town, but that was perfect for us! If you are looking for a simple, peaceful beach getaway then this is the place for you.

This place really has the wow factor as soon as you walk through the door!! The home has everything you need for a great coastal vacation. The hosts dealt with a couple of issues that came up very promptly. Would definitely return.

Great stay for family of 5. Lots of room, pool and canal were great. Also a pool table and games for family competition. Bikes and fishing poles, walking distance to restaurant and morning coffee on the water. This rental had everything we could want and need. Full kitchen for cooking for family and one with food allergy. Super responsive host who was helpful for any questions. Home is wonderful condition, clean and able to navigate for someone with mobility challenges. We had a wonderful stay!
