A wonderful place for our family to spend Thanksgiving together. Plenty of space for a large family, comfortable beds, quiet & safe neighborhood, nearby parks, great location for anything our family needed. Our family of 8 had Thanksgiving here and the house had everything we needed for a 'traditional' Thanksgiving meal and then plenty of space to allow us to be all together making amazing memories! Even the cold Orem night was enjoyed with family spent around the outdoor firepit! I'll definitely stay there again!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in! The house is beautiful and well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The yard was perfect for the littles to play in. We would love to stay here again sometime. Very comfortable for our good sized family.

This place is a gem! Clean, great amenities, and close to our family who loves in the area. Miranda was super helpful, friendly, and her place was the perfect home away from home for us. We will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ammon's place is a wonderful home high up on the Avenues with a western exposure and great views of the mountains and city from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. It is walking distance to Smiths Grocery store, a large park, and some nice restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out and there are clean and comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with some nice pots and pans and fresh spices. We cooked Thanksgiving Dinner with no problem. The bathrooms are clean and the upstairs shower very nice. Parking on the street in front of the house is easy. But the best part of staying at Ammon's is what a great host he is. Ahead of our trip, I asked whether there was a DVD player available, and he ordered one to be delivered. He was responsive at every turn, flexible with our check in, provided detailed instructions, and was always kind. I would highly recommend his home to anyone visiting SLC.

Brigham was a super responsive host. His home was immaculately kept, with a roomy kitchen, dining and living room area. Especially loved the fireplace and the convenience of the laundry facilities. The linens were pristine and the beds super comfortable. Location was perfect-many nearby restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Brigham’s place and would return without hesitation. Thank you.

Great little place to stay while visiting our daughter at the university. Perfect spot and easy walk to the game. Rob was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Would love to stay again when we cone back.

The stay at Mary Ellen's place was extremely convenient and comfortable for a work-related trip to the University of Utah hospital. The space was well maintained and had everything you could think of for an out-of-town trip. I won't stay anywhere else should I need to come back!

In town for a funeral. Thankful that you’re beautiful apartment could accommodate our family. It was peaceful, quiet and beautifully furnished beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the provisions left for our benefit. Would definitely recommend!

Jen’s place was the perfect stay. Easy to access and private. The house was clean and inviting. She had some delicious cookies there for us, too. Jen was very responsive and flexible when we needed a couple adjustments. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful. Pristinely clean property. Everything was so well thought out, all the little details covered. Very clean (and comfortable) bed. Loved the closet full of movies, access to all sorts of drinks and snacks, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity for us sore, tired hikers. Esther was great at accommodating our earlier than usual breakfast timing request. I want to come back to the area JUST to stay here again.

The world would be a better place if we were all as kind as SLAVA. Her home is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. She is an incredible cook and delights us with fresh prepared breakfast and extras for ski lunches. She even prepared a homemade chicken soup to warm us after a full day of skiing. The blue room has good bedside lighting, the washer/dryer is useful. There is excellent water pressure in the bathroom. SLAVA/Laura readily amended our reservation when we both developed respiratory symptoms and wanted to isolate. They generously, refunded our balance. She is an effervescent senior, lots of energy, and genuinely interested in pleasing her guests. I will think of her flavorful hibiscus tea and cozy blanket throws. SLAVA , you are a #1 hostess. This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated with an amazing breakfast and kind/helpful staff. The value is incredible and you will enjoy yourself if you choose to stay here! I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the accommodations.

We had a great stay at Joe and Helen’s place during Sundance! 2 minute walk to the bus stop that goes to Main St. They had breakfast for us each morning, which was very nice. They’re locals, so have great recommendations. Would stay here again!

Esther made our birthday stay absolutely fantastic. Every little detail is perfectly done, the breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the whole place is very cozy. Definitely staying here again.

If I could give Teresa ten stars I would. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs, but this experience was unique. First the guesthouse. It’s been recently and exquisitely renovated in a style that combines luxury with elegance and fun. The bed was so comfortable and the linens gorgeous. Everything about our living space was perfect, including the wonderful kitchen and bathroom. But it was Teresa’s friendliness that made this experience superlative. She treated us as honored guests—met us when we checked in and showed us around, and her sweet husband brought a whole lot of breakfast foods over for us. Later Teresa brought a plate of delicious cookies—she even asked what kind we wanted! And the next day she brought over a basket of hot chocolate making supplies with the most adorable note from her grandson. Her granddaughter had helped us as check-in and could not have been sweeter. I recommend the guesthouse unreservedly and will definitely stay there again!
