Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Lecce

The Borgo Gelos was a true delight . With a large group of 11 of us it broke up easily into the the different apartment and amazing central kitchen. No one felt cramped for space with great privacy. The infinity pool was a highlight! Our host Elia was there for any questions and made some excellent site seeing recommendations including a fantastic private boat coastal tour and Kayaking, wine tasting. Etc. The little town of Surano was charming and the huge grocery/retail shops center was only 5 min straight easy drive The Borgo Gelso is optimally located to explore beauty of the area around Surano from Lecce to Castro to Otranto, Marina Serra, down to Leuca and even across the peninsula to Gallipoli. I hope you enjoy the Borgo Gelso as much as we did. A great value and special place.

A completely renovated period home, which enhances the original architectural elements in a contemporary way. The well-stocked professional kitchen and inner courtyard were a magnificent surprise. The rooms are also charming (some more than others) and all have a private bathroom. Clearly, given the nature of the property, in some respects you have to adapt (e.g. Wi-Fi only works in the living room), but it is a stay that I would definitely recommend. Positive note also for heating, adjustable for every room. My friends and I spent New Year's Eve here and had a great time!

gorgeous property just a few kilometers from Lecce the right distances also to reach gallipoli and Otranto in a short time the managers are very kind, friendly and always available rooms clean and equipped with everything possible i hope to be back soon

Wonderful stay. A real treat in the Salento hinterland. First mention due to William, our host who at check-in explained a little bit of the history of Salento, its points of interest and an itinerary to do on the Adriatic coast (which we then did the next day, a wonder: I recommend it to everyone). His welcome was very warm, as if he had just welcomed friends into his home. As for the accommodation: trust the cover photos, what you see is what you find once you arrive: they are very spacious, comfortable beds, everything impeccably clean. Then what about the in-ground pool: it's like having a private spa. Finally, the location is optimal: Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca 25 minutes by car, Otranto 45 minutes and not even 15 minutes to the beaches of the Ionian coast. William, thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

The place was great and Maria was also a good host. No complaints, would stay again!

I stayed in Rocco’s house with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday and what a perfect place. There were 9 of us staying in the house and plenty of room for all of us. Each room has private bathroom and tv but the main thing is the pool area which is perfect. Rocco was very friendly and helpful. Tiggiano is not the liveliest place on earth bur it’s quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay and not far from exciting beches and towns. I reccomand Tricase if you want to get a little downtown experience. We also went to Gallipoli which is a 40 minute drive. I definetely reccomend this house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
