Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Procida

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly remember the magnificent view with unobstructed views of the sea, the soothing tranquility and the ideal location. The small cottage is a cozy retreat for relaxing days and a good starting point for excursions. Pierfrancesco also gave us valuable tips for culinary experiences. The apartment is well equipped; however, there was a small problem with the boiler during our stay. Pierfrancesco took care of it quickly and easily and offered a great solution so that we could enjoy our stay without restrictions. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Appreciate the outdoor areas, especially the outdoor kitchen as well as the outdoor shower. We recommend Mrs. Rosanna as a host and above all stay at this place.

Getting in was a little confusing at first, but Claudia was very helpful the first day. The apartment is lovely, and quiet--which is hard to find in Trastevere! Great kitchen, great views from the windows. Overall charming.

Although the photos published on the listing are very exhaustive, upon arrival the location really leaves you speechless, a real paradise. The 360-degree terrace is breathtaking, and the garden is equally panoramic and full of citrus fruits. Adequate interior in a rustic environment. Vintage kitchen but fully equipped. Super welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended!

A group of friends and I decided to spend Easter Monday in this residence. What can I say, the cordiality and kindness of Mrs. Flora were impeccable, as well as the cleanliness and condition of the house, clean and cared for in every way. During the day we felt like we had always known that place, it was like being at home and Mrs. Flora did not set any limits, thus making the stay pleasant and fun. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day out of town, also considering the outdoor space that allows you to organize lunches and dinners even for large groups. Also very kind was Mr. Entico, Flora's husband, who also provided us with a dove to complete the menu of the day. I highly recommend stopping here.

Great spacious house with garden and indoor/outdoor jacuzzis. The house was really spacious inside, comfortable, and well-equipped. A short drive to the beach, restaurants, and Napoli. Perfect for weekend or longer stays. Marianella is an amazing hostess and even had all sorts of breakfast foods in the refrigerator waiting for us when we arrived! She is super friendly, readily available, has local recommendations, and helped us with a flexible check-out. Thank you for a great stay! We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful , convenient location close to the the water park and a bus stop. Cozy place with the kitchen needing small improvements. But if u don't plan to cook bigger meals it is a perfect place to stay. very private. All together we had a great stay .

on the whole great stay - but 2 flights of stairs so limit your luggage and no parking on street - car park around 40 euros per night so dont hire a car if staying in naples city..........

This is a wonderful place to stay - amazing views, a well-equipped apartment, run by a lovely family who are keen for their guests to enjoy their time on the island. They gave us great honest advice about Forio and how to get around before arriving (we had a newborn baby). It’s a beautiful, quiet place to stay just outside the main town - verything in the town is walkable from the apartment (less than ten minutes). The hosts supplied us with eggs from their chickens daily and also some of their wine made there on the island!

The house is a dream! Thoughtful decor, very spacious, but above all great views and inimitable location. You sleep with the sound of the sea! There are all the necessary elements to feel at home. Host always present and responsive to every question. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Naples. It is close to transport links and the historical centre of Naples. The lift is a great asset. There is a mini bar on the communal terrace which was very kind of Fabio to provide.

We booked Dede's place to be able to sleep well, work and go out in the evenings. It was absolutely ideal. When one of us was ill, Dede immediately recommended pharmacies and always stayed by the phone to help. The flat is gorgeous! extremely clean. The kind of place you want to keep clean when you stay there just to enjoy it more. 10/10, absolutely recommend. Thank you Dede!

He was a great host from the beginning he was very responsive and helpful Any questions we had he answered quickly. Showed us around the whole place and gave clear instructions for all the amenities Location was walkable to a lot of places. Would definitely recommend and book again

This was a great place for our group of 6. Very roomy, with beautiful views of the water. Salvatore is super helpful and communicative. The town of Forio is a quick scooter/car/taxi ride from the house and had everything we needed, including the Alilauro ferry to and from Napoli.

This place was absolutely magical!!!! It was so much more than pictures can do justice. The garden surrounding the house was so special. The view was astounding. The house itself was just what you would imagine a house would be on Capri. It was so beautifully decorated. We are so incredibly thankful that we chose this place. If we come back to Anacapri, there is no other place we would want to stay.

Very nice cottage with a tollem garden. The hosts are extremely caring. For example, there was a specially created guide for the island, which contained fantastic restaurant tips. Furthermore, we were personally picked up at a meeting point and if Guiseppe had not warned us in time that our return ferry was not sailing as planned due to the weather, our flight would probably have taken off without us. Overall, an absolute recommendation!

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!
