Vacation rentals with beach access in Procida

The home itself and the view from the terrace are phenomenal, but the experience is truly heightened by Giuseppe, who took us from the port of Ischia on check-in day and back to the port on check-out day, and was also helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location itself is a bit isolated from a lot of what the island has to offer, but the bus service is nice, and we were looking for something secluded and quiet, so for us this worked quite well.

We had a great time at Alessandro's apartment. The space was impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just in front of the train station, making it easy and quick to get to Naples. Another nice advantage: parking just down the building, very convenient for those traveling by car. And a good restaurant just downstairs. Small point to note: the sofa bed is more suitable for one person, because as a couple, sleepers tend to slide towards the center. That said, everything else was perfect. This was the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures on the listing beautiful but they don’t do the view justice. It is breathtaking once you see it in person. Perfect location - a few stairwells up in the building but it was a central location very close to everything. Quick 20 minute walk to Porto and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. Many shops & restaurants around. The place was spotless & clean! Gabriella was extremely responsiveness and arranged ferry & transport for us as well. She was thoughtful and gave great recommendations and was available for any questions we asked. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a little slice of paradise while on Ischia

Alessandra was very responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The flat is amazing. Great location, great space and very clean - the living room Is very spacious and it was lovely to relax after all the walking (because everything was walking distance !). Maria Rosaria and Giulio are truly wonderful hosts — so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and shared so many great local tips that made my trip even better. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — so peaceful and beautiful that I often didn’t even want to leave! I felt so at home here and would come back in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend staying with them enough!

The location of this spacious apartment with great views of the harbor from the unspeakable Chiaiolella is unique. Terrace with large table, umbrella - dining room whenit rains - bathroom and three spacious bedrooms,with double beds and not to forget also a living room with TV - an apartment for a family - it also exudes this flair. People lived here, children grew up here. Everything functional, sparkling clean. Highly recommend as a starting point for excursions on the island and the surrounding islands. Hikes a little difficult, as all paths lead along the highway (very narrow).

As a family of 7, we found perfect accommodation with Giuseppe. It was even better than in the pictures! The terrace was fantastic, the room layout great and in the middle of Sant Angelo. It was the most beautiful apartment I have seen in Ischia so far and very very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and was also extremely clean. The view of the sea is priceless! I recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and we found it pretty clean and exactly as described. Really outstanding, however, were (1) the apartment's location, which is a few minutes from Marina Grande and not too far from the city center; also, there is a bus stop literally in front of the property's door (this is very convenient in a hilly place like Capri); and (2) Simone was one of the best hosts we ever had - he made our trip to the island way easier with the pick-up at the Marina Grande and with a lot of useful information about the island.

We searched through lots of accommodation and this immediately stood out. The location is magical. The amenities, we like to have the option to shop locally and cook, to have an outside kitchen was just the best! A good looking apartment making great use of space. Opening the gate on entry, walking down steps carved out of the rock, turning a corner and finding yourself looking out to sea and the colourful facade is unforgettable. We never tired of it. We felt honoured to be living amongst it, unfortunately not for long enough.

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Viviana's house was an absolute dream. Set on a beautiful little beach, very close to the old town, and perfectly situated for exploring the island, the cottage is also very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were there for nearly a week, and loved every moment. Viviana was extremely helpful and kind, and even left us some apples and beer -- very handy when we arrived too late to buy groceries. I cannot recommened this place highly enough, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

We had the a great stay in Capri for 3 nights. The pictures don’t do it justice (of course). We were greeted by the father of the host at the port and he assisted us with some luggage up a hill to the private apartment. The entire island is stunning but the private walkway with greenery to the apartment is really something. The balcony is also private and great. My husband used it to workout whilst i sunbathed and took in the views. The apartment is 50-100 meters from a bus stop which can be used to go into one of the main towns. There’s also walking trails but maybe only use them on your way back. (Too hilly) Everything was clean and accommodations were made for all of our requests. Feel safe booking this if you’re a couple. Buonocore Gelateria is the best gelato EVER! We had it 5 times and wish we had it more. God Bless.

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

Excellent apartment. Well located, close to the port of embarkation for the ferries, close to the Humberto Gallery. Martine was very kind and always responded quickly and kindly. She gave great tips. It was very worth it.

We had a great stay. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. Also the location was perfect for traveling to and from Capri. Would definitely recommend!

I really have to congratulate Mr. Armando, his home and his availability were superlative, it was like being at home, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to Naples, the house is very clean, close to the metro and excellent restaurants, the Mergellina area is beautiful, in one word.... TOP.

This place can't be described with words. The apartment is better than the photos and the views are breathtaking. The way Gio and her Taxi driver friend, Loredana, looked after us during our stay, has made us feel that we now have family in Ischia. This was the best experience we had in our travels through Italy.

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++

Alessandro and Martina are exquisite and kind people. Their apartment is small, but comfortable and functional for a short stay for two people. We'll definitely be back.
