Rosamaria was really awesome communicating and she is the best! I can write a novel on how awesome she was. Having that said, me and my family were astonished by how beautiful her place was. It's actually better in person and was way better than what I expected. The way she has the place decorated, it's like walking into the Mexican version of the Louvre Museum. The kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom overlooking the ocean was beautiful. I'm a huge fan watching TV and Movies, and she has the living room TV setup where you can watch anything you want, it was great. Different experience where you are watching your favorite movies and shows, and then looking outside looking at the ocean. Same thing goes for the master bedroom. Laying down on the bed while looking and hearing the ocean. Everything you would want in the kitchen is provided. You will not need to bring anything if you are planning to cook. Private community with 24/7 security made me feel safe. Thanks Rosa!!!

Derek was a great host, really responsive and helped make it all super clear and easy. We really enjoyed our weekend here would definitely love to come back.

The condo was so cute and felt like I was at home! Loved how close it was to everything! Yes, there was loud music but I still slept good. The amenities were well stocked & smelled freshly cleaned! We were also able to check in early which helped us, so we wouldn’t have to walk around with our luggage.

Alexei is the host with the most! By far the most helpful generous Airbnb host I have ever encountered. The home itself is wonderful, comfortable, and clean. I immensely enjoyed the colorful happy home! We loved sitting outside with the gas fire pit, watching the sunset and the waves. Gaviotas as a community has a ton of rules though so read them over prior to booking to ensure all aligns with your needs.

It was a true pleasure to have our first family vacation here at Michael’s home. Very nice very clean. Also, the scenery is to die for my little girls and wife was truly happy. Definitely coming back.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. She made sure I had everything for a seamless and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and perfectly located place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb. Juan and his AirBnB was exceptionally well, we enjoyed our stay and felt like we were right at home. The house was very cute and felt cozy. Everything was set up for us and easy to access. We used the kitchen and made breakfast, we had our whole family stay with us and occupied every bed and felt comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. Restrooms were well stocked and clean and so were the bedrooms and kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place and Juan and come back again.

David saved us after another host in the area canceled last minute! He took time out of his night to arrange our late arrival with building security and was very responsive as we navigated getting there in the dark after a stressful day. The apartment was lovely and clean with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Fans in each of the bedrooms kept us cool at night, even in August. Easy to walk down to the beach for a dip or duck into a beach club for a drink. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, as was the kitchen. We ended up running most of the dishes through the dishwasher before using them to get them completely clean, but that was our only minor note. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely reach out again next time we’re down south!

We enjoyed our stay. House very clean and smell good. Just wish the upstairs deck had a fire pit and lounge furniture. The view is nice. There is also a restaurant and store you will have to drive up to the end to find it.

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

I'll just put what I was missing, everything else was perfect *There wasn't enough hot water to bathe at the same time in the bathrooms, we had to wait our turn one by one *we didn't enjoy the sound *There wasn't enough shampoo, bath soap and toilet paper as we rented for many people * there were no extra blankets

Clean, neat and close to the ocean - the gated community it’s in has a lot of security and is quiet and peaceful.

Rosalba is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. She deserves great things coming to her in life for how kind she is and welcoming she made her home. I would stay here 10 times over again. Beautiful house and great location. I recommend 100/100 for anyone trying to get away for a weekend.

This is my second time staying at this condo! I love the location and the scenery is a must. The building staff and security are very nice and helpful as well. The condo is close to downtown and it is easy to get taxis in this location. I definitely recommend staying here.

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

If you ever had the chance to design your own three-bedroom condo right on the beach, this would be what you would design. It was just perfect.
