Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Prati, Rome

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us plenty of little tips to ensure that our stay went smoothly. The space was spacious and impeccable. The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the accommodation as well as a large supermarket. It's very convenient.

Very spacious apartment that was close to public transportation and good restaurants. Would recommend for anyone who is using public transportation in a relatively quiet area. Great view of St Peter’s Basilica from the master bedroom!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a wonderful time in the house, which offers everything you need for a short vacation. The hospitality of Adriana and her husband deserves special mention. They were always there to help us with their open and warm-hearted manner and also helped us with various problems. You are not only wonderful hosts, but really amazing, lovely people... please stay as you are! We traveled without a car, which we may have underestimated at times, but there are regular buses to centro di Lido Ostia (beach & harbor) and from there you can also easily get to the Roman city center. So it's just the right distance for day trips of all kind. We would like to thank you for everything, highly recommend the place and would love to come back one day.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's home. It was centrally located to our planned activities and pretty private. A few things came up but the hosts were very responsive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carlotta! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a cheerful side walk out side. Just a short walk from the Colosseum and public transportation. Check-in was seamless, and our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just be aware that buses in Rome can be a bit unreliable, so plan extra time if you’re using public transit. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

Alessandra’s place was fantastic and our favorite stay out of all our Italy Airbnb’s. It’s a 1st floor apartment with a big TV that has Netlix and other streaming apps, great WiFi, and a Nespresso with good coffee pods! The bed was very comfortable, equivalent to Queen size, and the AC was in the bedroom. The shower was a bit small so as a 6 foot tall guy, my elbows would hit the sides when inside but it was fine adjusting - the water got hot very quickly. I would recommend earplugs because there are some crazy birds that squawk for hours and hours nearby! We slept with earplugs in and slept for 9 hours a night!

One of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed, it was like walking into your personal 5 Star hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and very well thought out. I never felt like something was missing. On the last night we had the cooking experience and we loved having not only Maurizio cooking a wonderful dinner, but being part of our family for the night. 😊 the dinner was also exceptional, one of the best dinners we have had in Italy. The parking garage close by made the stay convenient as well. Parked the car the first day and when we were ready to leave, walked the block and a half to pick the car up and leave Rome. We would stay here over and over again.

Alessandra is a truly wonderful host and her place is just a dream - beautifully furnished, in a great part of Rome and just a pleasure to be in. Alessandra gave us a brilliant welcome explaining very carefully the best places to visit and lots of very helpful restaurant recommendations. I can't imagine there is a better place to stay in Rome. Whenever I had a query she responded instantly. Thanks Alessandra for a memorable trip, my family and I loved every minute!

Giuseppe’s place is wonderful. Great location - a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro/bus stops, lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean amd spacious. It had free coffee and water. Giuseppe was also very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with the washer but he immedately solved it and didn’t charge us for the damage.

We had a great time in Rome & staying at the place! Public transport is a 3-minute walk away and there is a direct tram line to Termini train station. However, it is more fun to explore the city by bike, there are Lime rental bikes everywhere and you are usually even faster. The location in Pigneto was ideal for us – a neighborhood that is not crowded with tourists. A small organic market with bakery is right across the street and around the corner there is a discount store. There are also super tasty restaurants and beautiful bars, much better and cheaper than in downtown. For us, it was "real Rome." In the accommodation there is everything you need, kitchen and bathroom are super equipped. Luca welcomed us in a super friendly way and also gave us some tips, which were really very good.

Gabriella is what every Airbnb host should be. The absolute best. 100% Rating. We will always call her for lodging when in Rome.

It was our second time staying with Camilla on this trip. It was a great stay just like last time!

Communication with the host was very good; the flat is close to Roma Termini, the main station and you can also walk to Colloseum. The only thing is that the floor was dusty in the corners and in the bathroom too. This can be improved in the future. Everything else was clean.

Great place in the perfect location. Could walk to almost all attractions. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops.

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

First timers to Italy. Great location for Coliseum. 5 min walk. Alessandra was very gracious and responsive to our questions. I would stay here again when visiting Rome.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this charming apartment in Rome. The home has a warm, inviting atmosphere and is beautifully designed with character and style — full of charm and personality that made it feel very cozy . The apartment was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything I needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and quality linens. It’s clear that the hosts put thought into every detail to make guests feel at home. The private parking was a major plus — a rare find in Rome and incredibly convenient for anyone traveling by car. The location was also excellent, in a pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, local shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s sights. A wonderful place to stay — comfortable, convenient, and full of character. I’d be happy to return on my next visit to Rome!

Had a lovely 3 night stay at Luca's. Apartment was beautiful and as described, well located and offered a peaceful space for us. We walked everywhere in Rome during our stay. Luca and Sofia were very responsive and helpful from booking to check out. Would thoroughly recommend!

Andreina's place was amazing!!! We felt like royalty the entire time we were there. Super spacious, well equipped, close to restaurants and markets. Andreina was always very kind and helpful, answering our questions and putting our minds at ease about things to do. Beautiful apartment and location!!! We would come back in a heart beat!!!!
