We stayed for 10 days at Vanessa's house and were surprised by the place. The house is very cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood and is excellent for resting. It is at the end of the street near a trail on the beach of Mozambique. The interior is very welcoming and has everything. The kitchen is complete and the electros work very well, it even has a washing machine. The exterior is also a show apart, it has a really very large lawn that our two pets loved to explore and play. The location is very good, it has markets, restaurants, bakers, parks, beaches all close for those who don't want to get around much. But it's also a few minutes drive from other famous beaches if you want to explore a little bit more. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, we will definitely return.

Excellent accommodation. Direct beach access by a path next to the house. Very comfortable. Includes chairs and umbrella that are critical to enjoying the beach. Vera, the host, always very attentive. We ran out of gas at 9:00 pm and by 9.30 we were already changing the garrafa. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Florianopolis we will book again

The location is perfect. Balcony with sea view. Beach in front of the house. The house's furniture is older, but the house is comfortable. Mr. Hédio received us and explained everything. We'll be back for sure

The stay was wonderful, the house is even nicer in person than for photos. Everything you need to have a good time as a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many shops within a few meters, such as supermarket, pharmacies and also a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches on the island. Michael and Andreia were very attentive to us and were always available for any problem that arose. I recommend it 100%!!

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

Staying at Silvia's apartment was the best decision we made! The location is perfect (just across the street), the condominium structure is very organized, clean and beautiful. The ease of check-in, access with Face ID in the condominium and with the electronic lock in the apartment made all the difference in practicality! The apartment is great! It was clean, organized, has large closets that facilitate organization, the kitchen is super complete, air-conditioned environments and very good bed and bath linens… Silvia was super helpful, responsive and a sweetheart!! A super host indeed! We highly recommend it!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything new, well decorated, well equipped. The very attentive host and the administrator welcomed us well.

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend! The accommodations are great and as advertised. The property is well located for those who go to work, with restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops nearby. The host was attentive and responded to requests promptly! I'll just point out one thing for guests looking for longer stays: the accommodation does not offer cleaning products and supplies.

We had an awesome week at Paulo Henrique and Rita’s spot in Praia Ponta das Canas, Florianópolis — best stay ever! They live next door but don’t bug you; they’re like cool neighbors — warm, kind, and always offering help. The house is perfect: super clean, every detail covered. Kitchen’s loaded — coffee makers (capsule and drip), grill, toaster, tons of cookware. Internet’s fast, ~150 Mbps, no hiccups. Beach is 5 mins away — calm, family-friendly vibes, with chairs, an umbrella, and cooler bag included. We used Uber, but there’s a parking spot if you drive. The hilltop location gives killer ocean and mountain views. The terrace with swings and a hammock was our hangout — unreal! Outdoor shower’s a bonus post-beach. Paulo and Rita’s hospitality made it special. We’re coming back for sure. Total gem for a real home feel!

Second time I stay in Luciano's apartment, and once again it was great. Very close to the beach, in a quiet place, close to markets, clean, wide and quite comfortable. Monica always quickly answered my questions/requests. I will return next year.

Phamela is very responsible and concerned with promptly resolving any doubts that arose. I recommend the apartment if you want tranquility and rest. The property has a very spacious private outdoor area, ideal for taking your pet.

Very nice, large and comfortable apartment, matches the published photos and description. The location is excellent, there are many amenities nearby such as supermarkets, restaurants, shopping area and the beach of Canasvieiras. Highly recommended.
