Our experience was simply wonderful! The house is a charming retreat, with a rustic and charming style that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was impeccably clean, very spacious and extremely organized, providing comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The location is perfect: on the sand, with an incredible view of the sea, and still a few minutes' walk from the center, where there are great restaurants, shops and several leisure options. It was the perfect balance between peace and fun. The host, Paulo, was exceptional — always very communicative, attentive and available to assist us with any needs. Your dedication and affection for the space make the experience even more special. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best accommodations we've ever had on Airbnb. An unforgettable place that we recommend without so much as a second thought and that we are already looking forward to returning to!

Everything was perfect. We loved the house and we will definitely come back!! The pool is great, the barbecue area is well equipped and the house is very modern and cozy and offers plenty of space. The place is quiet and close to the sea and Beto Carrero

We had a very pleasant stay at Mônica's house! From the first contact, communication was super agile and attentive. Check-in and check out was easy and hassle-free. The house is beautiful, very spacious and complete. The location is excellent, perfect for those looking for a quiet place, but with easy access to strategic points of the region, such as Beto Carreiro, the center of Piçarras and other beaches. The atmosphere is cozy, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is very good and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. High Point: The jacuzzi, the children loved and the air conditioning in the rooms saved us from the heat it was. Improvement points: Wifi in the bedrooms and more detailed cleaning of the most hidden areas of the house, such as the corners and under the beds. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

I loved my time in the house. Very beautiful, well-maintained space. My daughter loved the pools so much that the beach lost relevance to her. The fact of having a drink and food service in one of the pools is quite interesting, I made good use of it as well. Mercado was just across the street after leaving the condo, which was the amazing one too. Anyway, to me, it's worth the experience a lot.

We spent amazing days, the house is very good, with several options for fun and the host is very attentive. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to everything, including Beto Carrero, we took an Uber for 2 days and it cost a mere 11 reais.

Raquel is a very attentive host. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and has a beautiful view of the beach and is also very well located. The condominium premises are amazing, everything is beautiful, clean and organized. I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Penha.

Great stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures, very well located, a few steps from an avenue with all kinds of shops and close to the beach. Also, it is an excellent base for exploring various beaches in the region. I would recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable and as per the announcement. Very complete, with a good view of the beach. It has beach items chairs and umbrellas. Great for family stay. Safe and easy to access condominium. Very complete condominium structure, excellent pool. The host was very attentive and provided us with all the necessary information. Recommend!!

We really liked the house, we were surprised by the details, it has bedding, blankets for the cold, iron, electric kettle, coffee maker, super equipped... We were in the house during the Holy Week holiday to meet Beto Carrero. The arrival was super quiet, with clear and quick instructions provided by Everton, always very polite and helpful. We were received by Dona Claudete, who welcomed us with great sympathy, presented the house and made us totally at ease. We love the neighborhood, which is very quiet and has great options from nearby restaurants. It was a wonderful weekend! We were very pleased with the house and certainly super recommend it.
