Me and my family, we really liked the apartment, everything was very clean, quiet place, it was easy to get to Beto Carrero, we felt so at home that we even had a barbecue on the balcony!=)

wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . Simply wonderful to Maricler a super attentive dear worried about our home always asking if everything was okay and if we were comfortable . Simply renting is worth as much in value as in comfort

Simply wonderful! The house is a true seaside retreat, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view. Waking up to the sound of waves and birds was a unique and invigorating experience. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was very well cared for, fragrant and tidy in every detail. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for those seeking rest and connection with nature. Host Rodrigo was amazing: attentive, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. You can see that he really cares about the guest experience. It was a perfect stay in all ways. A 10 for cleanliness, quiet and hospitality. I already miss it and want to come back! And what a view of the sea… just steps from the beach 😊

The beach in front beautiful place, a little far from the center but nothing happens because in the area you have everything and by car you arrive in 5 minutes to the center, the amenities of the building are very nice especially the pool.

It is close to the beach and the house has a cart with chairs, which makes it easier to get around, even with children. We were lucky to find Evande's house at a delicate time: we were on the street with two dogs after a problem with another accommodation. He was a blessing! He prepared everything in record time and welcomed us with great affection. He took care of our dogs as if they were his, which gave us total peace of mind. The house is super cozy and complete — the kitchen has everything, and the blankets are very warm. There is a list of city tips and useful contacts, all carefully thought out. We really felt at home and we will definitely be back. You can rent without fear: Mr. Evande is extremely attentive to guests (and loves to welcome them, especially those with pets). Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed
