These days we stayed in Barra Velha-SC, we were welcomed in the city and very well hosted at the lake house! Nice place with a wonderful view!!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

Thiago was a great host, made it easy for us to check in and check out, responded very quickly. The house has the best location. Sleeping listening to the sound of the sea is wonderful.

Incredible Experience! We only passed one fds, but it was well worth it. The house is old, but a delight, standing in the sand, in a very tasty land (carry repellent, because it has a lot of mosquitoes due to vegetation). Good beds, the very nice shower. The view is surreal of beautiful, impossible to get used to. We went with two small children and they enjoyed a lot, including the beach, which despite having a lot of algae, was very clean. Good communication with Creon, co-anfitriao, very friendly and helpful. We like it very much and we feel like returning.

From the beginning, Fábio was always very helpful, polite and answered us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it felt like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with utensils. We were comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. Indicate with eyes closed. Congratulations Fabio. Everything was perfect!

we love our Stay. We were very well served by Dani and Rafa. The first time I made a registration link via app and facial recognition. i ended up confusing the entrances, the towers to get in, but it finally went well. The cleanliness of the impeccable apartment, bed and bath linens, all available. We take great advantage of the structure of the condominium and the beach. Super is worth it!

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

Wonderful experience! The apartment is extremely cozy and equipped, in addition to being located on the seafront and also having a side view of the sea. Throughout the stay we could hear the sound of the waves, which was a distinguishing characteristic compared to our other experiences. Gunnar is a great host, extremely attentive and proactive. From the beginning, he provided all the necessary information, gave tips on places and restaurants near the apartment and also made the check-in time more flexible, in addition to being readily available throughout our stay. We highly recommend it!

Summer beach club is perfect, easy access to the beach, wonderful pools, complete. The apartment is cozy and organized. The Host, Paula, very kind and attentive. The experience is incredible, well worth it.

Place very well located, close to restaurants, bakeries and Beto Carrero park. There is a bus stop on the corner, easy access to arrive and leave. If you want to save money from the navigating airport to his house and vice versa, just use the bus (R$4.75 a ticket). From the house you can see the park and walk there is no effort!

Norton and Fran were extremely responsive from the day I booked until the day of checkout! They are very kind, polite, and always willing to resolve any issue! The apartment has nothing to complain about, everything is clean, impeccable, new furniture, beautiful view, and with the entire structure as advertised! I will definitely recommend it to others, and I will return as soon as possible!

We were delighted with the cabin, my son loved everything, he didn't want to leave hehe, perfect, as shown in the photos, Ivan was super attentive, he helped us with whatever we needed and always answered. What a wonderful stay! We feel extremely comfortable with everything. The hut is impeccable, exactly as described. Around, we are gifted with the lush green of nature, horses and dogs that convey an indescribable peace. A cozy fireplace, a perfect space for baking marshmallows, good wine and, to top it off, an amazing moon. Sincerely, perfect! Our special thanks to Cidinha and Juliana, who welcomed us with so much affection. We'll be back for sure 🫶🏼
