Ampio appartamento indipendente in ottima posizione a Portoscuso (50 min da Cagliari), a 2 passi a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Portopaglietto, con acqua cristallina, rocce e spiaggia chiara riparata dal maestrale, e centro storico raggiungibile a piedi anche dalla passeggiata panoramica. Ha accesso indipendente e si trova al primo piano mansardato di recente ristrutturazione, con aria condizionata, wi-fi, piano induzione, lavasciuga, cappotto isolante, infissi moderni a taglio termico.
