Family-friendly vacation rentals in Portoscuso

A spacious villa, quietly located in beautiful mountainous nature (so also dogs barking, cackling chickens...). Fantastic view from the terrace, a rather large pool (attention, deep, nothing for too small children), plenty of space on the outdoor grounds for volleyball, table tennis, etc., well-kept garden with palm trees, really nice. Everything very clean, ingenious dining room, in which even with the greatest heat there is always a fresh wind. 3km to the nearest shop, Nora beach about 15 mins by car, to the super nice beach in Chia 30 mins. Landlord very likeable and always available for questions.

Communication went smoothly. Questions were always answered very quickly. The reception was warm and the key handover was straightforward. Even during the stay, the landlords are always easy to reach and helpful. The house is very large and spacious. There were nine of us and we always felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The house is a bit remote and a car is urgently needed. The quiet neighborhood and the large garden with pool invite you to relax. Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Everything great: great view, very clean and well-equipped apartment, very friendly communication and easy check-in. You can take a coastal hike, among other things. Nebida is located on a panoramic road and there is a "Belvedere", so there is a lot of (driving) operation during the day.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Claudia is a very attentive host, and her house is ideal for large families looking for a quiet getaway. There are lots of possibilities for day trips, but equally lots of possibilities for relaxing by the pool, reading a good book, playing pool volleyball with the kids, making great dinners and the likes. I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. A great stay & a friendly welcome from Paola who was there to greet us.

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

The location is fantastic in the countryside and close to the coast where you can take a beautiful walk. We really hope to come back and stay longer.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

A real dream of a property that you want to visit almost every season. We had fresh orange juice and various berries and fruits from our own garden, wonderful tranquility, great views and a sugar-sweet (well-behaved) cat. The access is a bit exciting the first time, but Ubaldo picked us up at the gas station and led us. The apartment had everything and more in terms of amenities and Ubaldo really welcomed us lovingly and trustingly! I'm sure we'll be back!

Beautiful house, great for large families, close to the center of Carloforte (about a 5-minute walk) but not too much so you can rest without being disturbed by nightlife. Raffaela is a exquisite person, helpful, welcoming, attentive, discreet and understanding. In short, if someone plans to visit the beautiful Island of San Pietro, its beaches, its characteristic places and stroll through Carloforte stopping to taste the typical cuisine in one of the many restaurants, then we recommend staying at Lo Sparviero Casa Vacanza di Raffaela.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us a detailed description of how to get there - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who explained his plans to us regarding the conversion and redesign of his rental properties. He makes the required electricity and hot water with self-sufficient solar energy and is visibly converting the kitchens from the currently common gas stove to electric stoves or stovetops, which of course improves safety and energy consumption. Everything was as described and Angelo is for us the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Nicola and Rita's place was just superb!!! The view is splendid and it is a real pleasure to start and end the day on the terrace because the many walks and visits to the surroundings made us move around a lot during the days spent in Nebida... The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful and you feel and sleep very well there. This is a great base to discover the wild and beautiful Costa Verde while staying close to Algero Airport. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!
