Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Sabrina's place was wonderful. The house had large open spaces & an incredible terrace outside with beautiful view. Its situated in a condominium with a large shared pool, which our children adored. We also enjoyed the free evening entertainment at the nearby Chia Laguna. Sabrina was quick & efficient responding to any issues, and very accommodating when we needed things. We'd love to come back!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace. A treat for the eye. You immediately feel very welcomed and the surroundings make you relax right away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the peace and beauty of se place.

We stayed at Maria's place for 10 days and it was a really excellent experience. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere made our stay even more pleasant. Maria is an attentive and helpful host, always ready to help with courtesy and discretion. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, functional and well-organized accommodation. We look forward to coming back!

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

We stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and a dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, the terrace is a good place to eat and linger. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches well. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

It was probably the cleanest air b&b. Location is private and allowed us to have a very peaceful rest. Kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to have comfortable breakfast at home.

Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good facilities. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and watch the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Casa Rodriguez. The apartment is beautiful and really historic. Air conditioning in every bedroom works wonders against the heat from outside. The town of Iglesias is also scenic but with a lot of activity, friendly people and great bars and restaurants. Gianna from Welcomly was very helpful with stops for what to do and where to go.

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Excellent choice for lovers of nature and tranquility. The place is spacious and impeccably clean. The added bonus is provided by the hostess, the very beautiful and cuddly Luna, who meows you welcome at each arrival. Ubaldo also takes care of 14 cats to whom he offers a shelter at the entrance to the Cala Domestica, a little south of Buggeru, where he brings them food 3 times a week. We attended a feeding session and it was funny, because there's a cat - maybe the leader? - who makes the rules in the pack. In short, it was a pleasant stay in every way.

Claudio's place fully matches the description and photos. We immediately felt at home. The cottage with front garden and seating has a lot of charm and was decorated with a lot of love for detail. It is authentic and without unnecessary frills, everything necessary is there. The drinkable water from the tap was enjoyed. With the slightly set-back location, it is very quiet, although you live in the middle of the village. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the bird mix in the morning and evening. Everything, including beautiful beaches, is within walking distance in the village: the bakery just around the corner, the pasticceria with delicious homemade pasta, a well-visited bar, a bookstore and also smaller and larger shops for everyday use. Claudio is easily accessible at all times. He has many good TIpps on request for exploring the beautiful island. It is very easy to live in this charming cottage!

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Luisa was very attentive and accommodating. She gave us very good tips for excursions and information in the area. The place was very nice. Very clean and furnished with love for detail. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the center, where great restaurants and bars can be found. In summary, we enjoyed it very much. 👍👍

Traditional house paired with modern Amenities. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

Spacious, cozy apartment in Calasetta with a well equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, salt and a great terrace (sunset and sea view, dining table, grill, sunbeds). The communication and checkin with Sandra and Daniela was very easy and they were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet street in Calasetta with parking right in front of the house, the beach and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes by feet away. Also they provided us a beach and a shower towel.

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.
