Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place! This was our first time in Sardinia and used this place as a base to explore the island. We were really happy with our stay here. The apartment was as described and the outdoor balcony was really something special in the evenings to sit down with a glass of wine and soak in the views. What we particularly liked about the property was how quiet and peaceful the area is. The neighbours below are friendly, there’s a private parking space, the property feels very safe and secure . This was especially important for us as we travelled with our two year old. There are thoughtful homely times in the apartment such as parasols, tuppawear, baby guards and a cool box with blocks which came in really useful . The area is quiet which is lovely and we did try some local restaurants in the area but a car is essential to see the best beaches and better restaurants. It was stress free not having to drive for ages back to the airport on the last day too.

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier haben uns wieder sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man auch drinnen eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar unter dem Fenster der Unterkunft, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das kleine Städtchen Palau ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und auch die Insel Maddalena ist von dort gut mit der Fähre zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)

Todos pero en especial Anna han sido muy amables con nosotros, nos han dejado el desayuno el primer día, nos dejaron ingresar antes a dejar nuestro equipaje y nos proveyeron de toda la informacion necesaria para pasar una excelente estadía. Super recomendable!

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt von Olbia. Ana hat alle wichtigen Infos mit Tipps für Restaurant, Strandauswahl u.ä. vorab geschickt und ein früherer Check-In war nach Absprache auch möglich. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit notwendigen Dingen gut ausgestattet. Wir waren super zufrieden. Vielen Dank Ana 😊

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento vicino a porto cervo. Il comprensorio di cala del faro è completo di tutti i comfort, ci sono 2 spiagge private e un area giochi sicura per i bambini vicino alla spiaggia. Il patio offre una vista spettacolare ideale per pranzare all’ aperto Parcheggio privato comodo e check-in rapidissimo Host disponibili e pronti a qualunque necessità Torneremo sicuramente

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay in a multi unit complex in Port Cervo - the plaza of Porto Cervo itself ( shops restaurants) is about 15 min walk.. you really can’t park any closer than this complex. We went mid-Sept and it was very quiet, hardly saw any cars or people and the grounds of the unit ( pool and beach ) had pretty much closed up - no lounge chairs etc… also , the community trash pick up must have taken a vacation making it difficult to comply with check out request… All in all - you will love this place and highly - recommend. We would return.

Excellent, very very comfortable, private, and well stocked stay, definitely recommend if you’re visiting Sardinia, it’s in a great location to go to many amazing beaches. Definitely rent a car for this area, parking is easy at the apartment. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with every single thing you’d need. The bed was surprisingly comfortable with great pillows. Only thing is the WiFi is not great, so I wouldn’t plan on working or anything, but you should go out and enjoy the beach anyway! The back patio is super private and comfortable for hanging out.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

I give a 5 stars rate because of the location and amazing view you have from the terrace. Porto Taverna beach is a really nice sandy beach, with cristal clear water, not crowded, and with Tavolara island right in front. We had some minor issues with the appartment and Fabio was there in 15 minutes to solve them. Wi-fi was regular, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. The beds weren't very confortable and there were some broken utilites that neede replacement. But overall it is a nice apparment, with a dishwasher and washer machine, also beach towells, wich was very convenient.

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Umberto's place was perfect! We loved the location and the kitchen was very equipped. We look forward to returning one day!

We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. Omar and his wife are so helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts. We loved everything ! We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to find a lovely place to stay in Olbia that is not far from the sea ( just litterally 5mn walking distance from the apartment). Restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets are all within reach ( 10mn walking distance from the place).

Séjour agréable à Palau. Le logement est de qualité propre et moderne...( Un tout petit peu humide en octobre). Une place de parking est disponible devant. Proximité avec la ville et les départs de bateau. Tomasina est très gentille et attentionnée. Il y a le nécessaire sur place et même un peu plus et également des petits présent. L appartement est calme. C était un bon séjour.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und hat immer geholfen wo er konnte. Super netter Gastgeber

This place far exceeded expectations. Nicer than the photos. The new renovations are beautifully done and the house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, everything for kids etc). The area is also beautiful: incredible view, easy access to the private beach, and short drive to Porto Cervo and incredible beaches. Giulia was awesome. Very responsive, gave good local tips, and even messaged us to give beach recommendations based on how the wind was blowing so we’d have the calmest waters for our kids. 10/10 would stay again.

Un super appartement parfaitement placé pour profiter d'Olbia et ses environs. Très propre, bien équipé et avec une grande terrasse agréable. Stefano est très réactif et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien arriver. En + , le parking est vraiment pratique. on recommande cette location!
