The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

We spent a week as a family at Stefano's place and it was fantastic! Not much needs to be said about the fully equipped apartment, the pictures speak for themselves - and it is really so beautiful in reality!!! However, I would like to highlight the communication with Stefano. Always fast, transparent, personable and detailed. Stefan was very quick to respond to questions. The videos sent describing the way to and into the accommodation were very helpful! We felt comfortable and would really recommend Stefano's apartment to everyone without reservation!

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

The place was great and so was the view of the sea and the island of La Maddalena. Only the lot of wind and the inconsistent weather in October has somewhat clouded our stay. The care by Azzurra Immobiliare worked out very well and was always flexible and very friendly. I'd love to come back.

What an incredible spot! You cannot be closer to the beautiful beach in Vignola Mare. The apartment had all we needed (and more). Giovanni was an amazing host, communicated extremely well and provided us with a long list of restaurants and vineyards to visit (too many to get to them all, so we will have to come back!). We (6 friends from South Africa and the UK) had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you very much Giovanni for hosting us!

Really enjoyed our stay. place looked exactly like the photos and a very comfortable space to relax in. Great wifi connection. Kitchen had everything you needed making it super nice to have a great meal at home. The aircon works super well and can adjust the inside to however you like. Blackout blinds make the bedroom potch black and slept very comfortably.

I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Elena's. The apartment is very spacious and well located in a family area. There is a beautiful cove a stone's throw away from the apartment where you can admire a splendid sunset. Slightly further, on foot, a beautiful local beach for swimming. Santa Teresa Gallura is a short drive away. Elena is a host who is always available and very welcoming.

A nice stay. We stayed there for 1 night because we had an early flight from Olbia. Only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal. Communication was fine.

We were very happy and comfortable in the apartment. A beautiful house, good decoration and very clean. The host wrote to us and was very attentive to us at all times. Quick and accurate responses. We definitely recommend this warm apartment from the heart!!

We had a great stay at Giovanni’s place. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was nice and quiet too and the room stayed very cool even without the AC. Parking wasn’t great as we had to drive up and down for a while to find a space, but we were still only parked a maximum of a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is also super close to local restaurants and bars and the beach. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear and Giovanni was super helpful! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Great location for either beach/watersports or as a base for exploring. Studio was exactly as described and Antonella was very responsive and helpful for all our enqiries. My wife and I had a hire car and were out exploring by day and cooking for ourselves in the evening, and this was a perfect location. We visited early in the season so it was quiet and many restaurants/excursions were not fully open but it made getting around the island much easier for us explorers! There is a small market/store nearby (walking distance) which sells most of what you need and also a lot of local produce, including Sardinian wines, hand-made ravioli, pecorino and a selection of salamis. We ate well during our 6-night stay! Thank-you Antonella :-)

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

The apartment is bright and spacious. It is nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable there. The associated pool is really very large, but we hardly used it because it wasn't particularly warm. In addition, there is a nice terrace with cozy chairs to enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is located a little on the outskirts of Palau. This makes it very quiet, but you can still walk to everything as Palau is not very big. Some good restaurants and also beaches are nearby. Luigi is a very nice and attentive host. Everything was very well described (with videos) and Luigi also gives you good tips for restaurants or beaches. I would book the apartment again on my next stay in Palau.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Fortunately, Jessica rented the place for us at very short notice and allowed us to check in less than 10 minutes later and saved us the day! We got an introduction and lots of tips from her. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is so nicely and warmly decorated that we really felt "like @ home". The bathrooms are great, there are lots of towels, even extra ones for the pool and beach. The kitchen is very well equipped! And there was nothing missing. The living room is so cozy! We had a lovely stay all around and would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately our flight went after 2 days. In the summer the outdoor area with the pools is certainly fantastic, now the water was a bit cold, but the children did not bother it. We 100% recommend the place and hope to return to beautiful Palau☺️

We stayed with our son and had a very good time! Available host, easy parking, all the services we were interested in were there and the apartment had everything we needed.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

If you are looking for a pleasant place, full of amenities, well-equipped, including washing machine, soap powder, cleaning products, towels for pool, whirlpool and saunas (which alias you can use at any time, including the night), this is the place. The house has a beautiful garden, with hammocks and garden. As I said above the pool, the saunas, the whirlpool are an extra that I used a lot and it was a delight. the place is very calm and quiet but close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and the city. The amphitrioes are very friendly and helpful and the fact of the extreme flexibility for the check-in and checkout conquered us (the ferry arrived at 7 am and we were able to get in). I highly recommend the accommodation to future guests.
