Perfect location to be just outside Naples and in a truly traditional Italian town, 2 min drive to shops, supermarket and restaurants. Great folder left with instructions and recommendations for food nearby, Osteria Garibaldi is a must, stunning little family Italian restaurant of 5 course traditional Napoli food so reasonable too. Flat is a perfect place for large groups and families to spend time together. A car is a must to go and see all the local attractions but get the train to Naples, quick, easy and much cheaper than parking in Naples town. Hiring a car? you MUST get the full insurance, this is true Italian Napoli driving, it's like being in a real life Mario Kart race all the time....... not for the faint hearted but also great fun when you get the hang of it. Apartment is quiet, clean and stunning views. no neighbours or surrounding houses so we enjoyed our evening with football on the terrace, cards and drinking games without worrying we would disturb anyone. Loved it

Antonio was a wonderful host! He accommodated for us on relatively last minute, and made sure that we got to the location with clear directions and clear instructions for check in! The unit is in great condition and very quiet, making it a great spot for rest and recovery after either long travels or busy days in Napoli! The location is convenient for the airport, and also is accessible to public transport to get to the Spanish quarters or port districts for more access to other locations across the city! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to be hosted by Antonio again the next time we are in the city!

This place was perfect for our family during our vacation on the Amalfi close. Very close to the train station with great beaches nearby. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. I loved that they had coffee there for us to use and a bottle of Prosecco. It’s the little things that make an Airbnb 5 star in my opinion and this one had it all. We would love to come back someday! Right in the middle of the city center and Sccapanapoli! Easy to access, close to restaurants and you really feel the vibe of the city there. Clean and nice!

Estate was a tremendous host. Valerie, who I messaged with regarding the place, responded more than promptly whenever an issue occurred. Great location, great view - overall great stay.

L’appartement très bien, plutôt bien placé, à 10 min à pied du centre ville et la plage. Un petit magasin, café et restaurant à proximité. L’appartement est neuf, il manquait un fer a repasser et la machine à café et peut être d’autre choses qui était écrit dans les descriptions, mais je ne suis resté que trois nuits et on rentrait seulement pour dormir. Je pense que si j’avais demandé à les avoirs ils n’auront pas hésiter à me les ramener. Comme je dis pour 3 nuits j’en ai pas eu besoin donc je ne les ai pas embêté avec ça. Le linge était plutôt propre une ou deux serviettes qu’on a mis de côté il y’avait des taches. Mais y’en avait plus que prévu donc pas de problème. Globalement je recommande sans hésiter, tout est beau et neuf. Et les propriétaires très sympa. Merci à eux

The apartment is very nice and very clean and the location is great. The check in process went very good and the host is a great person. We asked for some blankets and he bought some for us. I totally recommned this place!

Valentina and her husband were excellent hosts. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. It may have been difficult to get to and from without a car. She may want to mention to guests prior to booking. They had great suggestions and even booked excursions. Not the place if you want the hustle and bustle of a city center. Aperfect restful quiet retreat

The property is in a simply beautiful setting, with amazing patios and a pool we made full use of. The host and staff were wonderful and helped us in every way possible. We loved our visit and the views!!!! Just 2 notes, if you have physical challenges you will struggle getting up and down the stairs between the street and property (there are many!). And if you want to spend a lot of time in the town of Amalfi, there is no easy way to travel back and forth. There is a bus that is exceptionally crowded without stops called out so very stressful. And taxis from the center to the property go off meter and can charge as much as 100-130 euro for the 15 minute drive when busy. There is a town shuttle in the peak period I’m told but it was not running during our stay. The staff however were wonderful and gave us rides when they could; Alessandrina assisted us with tour arrangements and was very helpful; and we loved Dina and her sister Enzah who lived on the property and helped us so much!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus. It was located higher up and about a 20 min walk down any stairs to the city center and the beach. Perfect if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle.

The location is pristine! Absolutely beautiful, modern and clean while great character and design. We would stay there again! Martina was great, communicative and provided snacks at the hotel for us. She even remembered we were going on our anniversary and got us some limoncello. So sweet of her!

Simona and Alessio's place was stunning - very clean, with everything you'd need for a stay such as oil, salt, shampoo, soap, dressing gowns, dishwasher tablets - you name it, it was all there! They even gifted us with an extra large bottle of sparkling wine on arrival :) The view from the terrace was nothing short of stunning and to be able to enjoy it from a hot tub was unreal! Conca dei Marini was peaceful, welcoming and beautiful. Amalfi is not far down the coast, but we found we preferred the calmer vibe of Conca dei Marini overall. Simona and Alessio went above and beyond to make our arrival and departure as smooth as possible by booking taxis, carrying our luggage, and driving us in their car to the pickup spot. Couldn't have asked for more; truly blown away by their hospitality. We enjoyed sunset massages on our terrace one evening - amazing! You do need to be physically capable to make it up the steps, but there's too much to fall in love with here to let that hold you back!

This is my second time staying at Giovanni’s and I have to say it is one of the best views in positano in my opinion. It is certainly a hike to get up to the property but if you’re in reasonable shape it is fine and the views make it worth it alone. Highly recommend to anybody interested in staying here!

House so nice,clean,modern,luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/ metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. 지하철역 바로앞, 슈퍼바로앞, 음식점들 가깝고 나폴리 조금 외곽 동네는 거시기해보이지만 그냥 일반주민들 오래된동네라 서로 다들 아는지인들 아저씨집주인 인상과달리 겁나 착함 지하철(기차역처럼 생김) 안에서 타면 매표원이 와서 표끊어줍니다. 발권기없는 역이라 페널티 안물고 그냥 기본 요금 카드나 현금 가능

Antonio is very responsive, he met us at the Piazza next to the unit and helped with luggage and check in late at night. Made recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. At departure day, he even called a taxi beforehand with the best rate to the train station. The apartment is at center of Centro Storico, it was safe, convenient, and a great area to stay in Naples.

Super sauber und alles vorhanden, es man braucht. Außerdem gab es mehr als genug Platz. Wir sind überall hin zu Fuß gelaufen von der Wohnung, auch war es recht ruhig für eine Großstadt. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten 😊

From the moment of booking to the end, Giacomo was always communicative and helpful, providing recommendations, being flexible with check-in (we were late 😅), and even sourcing an adapter for UK-EU for us mid-stay. Giacomo provided a warm welcome, and even groceries (fresh fruits, coffee for the coffee machine, bread, eggs, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice...!) so that we didn't have to source breakfast! Giacomo's flat was beautiful, lovely and clean, and clearly cared for. He also let us use his netflix (which, a couple of times, we did 😁). Lastly, the parking arrangement if you have a car is also super! We strongly recommend staying here👍 thanks Giacomo - it was a treat! 👌

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

We enjoyed our stay in Naples! The apartment was a great location and easy to walk to everything. Giovanni was a great host and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Fabrizio’s stay is amazing. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean, with everything needed inside. I forgot to bring my hairdryer luckily there is one in the bathroom ! From check in until we left , fabrizio tried his best to answer all the questions we have. He even helped us to call a taxi to the airport when we left because we couldn’t get one on our own. Amazing house and owner !! 🥰

We were amazed by how this apartment utilizes space. It is small, but it has everything, and the showers were surprisingly big. A bit hard for big luggage, but we knew that. Its location is prime, 4 minutes walk to a supermarket and so close to the port, bus stops, and funicular, plus it can be reached by car. I have to be real and say that the wifi didn't work during my stay due to bad weather (luckily I had data plan), and I believe it is not the host's fault because I tried to get wi-fi at some hotel restaurants and cafe and quite a number of them did not work. So I've accepted that I was unlucky. I guess it's an island. When the wifi is down, it's REALLY down. However, Carlo and Rosi are very nice, lots of explanation before arrival, I had a very good idea of where is where and what to expect. Carlo helped me call a taxi, gave us an actual giant Easter chocolate egg, and paid for someone to try to fix the wifi. So I would still say this place is great when Capri has good weather.
