Monthly Rentals in Port Phillip City

Jen as a host was amazing. Her place was beautifully located and was the right fit for me. The place is good for a couple too. Plenty of restaurants in the walking distance and the tram was also quite close by. Had a parking spot. Overall, 10/10

Hosts were super responsive and helpful, the house was beautiful with an amazing rain shower head, good air con, tons of light and walkable but quiet neighborhood with a few shops, restaurants and lots of public transit access. Really nice home base for our trip. It was exactly as described, or better, and I'm so glad we found this place!

We have just spent another delightful stay at Studio Alouette. It is such a comfortable and high quality property. The location is fantastic, steps away from excellent cafes, restaurants and a great shopping centre. It is a very peaceful area. The tram to the City is very close.
