Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Phillip City

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

A recently refurbished property. Spacious enough for two. Excellent location for the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. There is a major road outside that gets busy early each day. Highly recommended, great value for money.

Kayla’s place is gorgeous right in the heart of port Melbourne. 2 minute walk from the beach. 4-5 minute walk from restaurants and supermarket. Very nice clean place. I loved my stay. Kayla was flexible and allowed me to extend my stay twice.

Great place, close to everything, and proactive host. Will 100% come back, ideal for family to stay. Highly recommmended!!!

excellent basic, extremely clean and tidy small one bedroom apartment. The host was extremely responsive and was very helpful. Apartment was definitely free of clutter and felt like a basic hotel room. Apartment is on the third floor without a lift so ensure that you don’t have too heavy bags, unlike myself ! 😂 Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you would like to be in this location it is a little bit of a walk from the house to Saint Kilda but there’s a tram right outside that goes past quite regularly. Having a scooter certainly helps which is what I had. I would certainly recommend especially given the quality of the response time by the host and the ease of which I was able to find and enter the property. Wonderful! Normally hate scorching heat and summer but staying here made me fall in love with it. Stayed for nearly two months while my house was getting renovated and felt like I was on a long extended holiday. The hosts (Lara and Jente) were very helpful and accomodating with everything. Smaller kitchen than what I was used to, but it worked out in the long run and ended up eating cleaner, fresher meals and got fit as a result. Plus being able to have dinner while watching the sun set from the balcony was absolutely heavenly. Will miss that place for sure. Thank you ladies!

Port Melbourne is a great area with lots to do and only a tram away from the city. Sakshee's place is strategically located near the beach which makes all the areas accessible. The place is clean and nice, communication is very good and very accommodating. The unit is a bit complex to get to with lots of doors to go through but Sakshee makes it easy with clear instructions. The unit is very private, cozy and quiet. Overall, worth every penny, I would go back there again when I go back to port Melbourne.

A wonderful and very comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, and we appreciated the nice little welcome treats. The beds are very comfortable, and despite being directly on the tram line the noise did not disturb our sleep. The little study area allowed both of us to work comfortably. The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything is an excellent working order. It’s in a very convenient location, with cafes, restaurants and grocery store nearby. The only thing I’d like to flag is that the bar sized fridge was probably a little small for our 5 person family, given we were there for a longer term stay. However, would definitely stay again. Catherine and David are excellent hosts and very responsive.

The accommodation was overall very clean and so nicely put together! From kitchen utensils to the toiletries, everything was all put together so nicely. The location is also close to public transport and the street itself was quiet as well so you can be sure that you’ll have a quiet and relaxing stay. We got all the details relating to the stay in a very timely manner - everything from check in to check out was very smooth. Will definitely have this place in mind for potential future stays too!

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

Chantel’s place exceeded my expectations! It had everything and more inside and the location was amazing with the tram stopping just around the corner for easy trip to the city. I loved staying there a lot and absolutely would recommend it if you are visiting Melbourne like I did!

Monique's house is in a great location walking distance to everything you need. There are also lost of small things that added to the stay for example extra blankets, fans in the rooms and basics as far as toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc. It is great value and we would stay again.

Kerrie was an unbelievable host! Her home was tidy, sparkling clean, close to shops and a short walk to Elwood beach and cafe's surrounding. The beds are comfortable, bedding and towels are supplied and great quality. The decor was fresh and had a homely feel. The wardrobes in bedrooms are large and rooms are a great size - if you are travelling with a few couples, there will be no fighting over which room is the best as all are treated as master bedrooms. Kerrie was extremely helpful, had great recommendations, quick to respond and genuinely just lovely to deal with. Highly recommend staying at Elwood Star - we had a fabulous time.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia place is in a great location, walking distance to beach, off-leash dog parks and main Port Melbourne street full of cafes, shops and pubs. There is also public transport nearby to enable further travel to Melbourne main tourist spots. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Fabulous accommodation, quality furnishings, very comfortable bed, lots of extras provided, too many to mention but included on street parking. 25a Foam Street is in a great location, close to all the local amenities, beach and stunning park, all within walking distance. Amy is a super friendly host, very responsive and attentive to any questions.

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Nicola was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The apartment is gorgeous and we felt like we were at home the second we got there. Had a slight issue beyond her control and was so responsive and helpful! Couldn’t recommend it more, near lovely bars, shops, albert park, everything.
