The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. Our place has free secure basement parking, located just across the road from the BEACH, and a 150 metre stroll to Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. You’ll love our place because of the great location for beach activities, festivals, cafes and restaurants and near Albert Park and Catani Gardens. The apartment is freshly renovated with a beautiful private balcony. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers but can sleep up to four with a new leather pullout sofabed.
