Located in the centre of Port Isaac, Sam Billings Cottage is located on the famous Squeeze-ee-belly Alley, just a few seconds walk from the beach and harbour, many pubs and finest restaurants in North Cornwall. With the benefit of private garden to the front and sun deck to the rear, this fabulous property is everything a Cornish fisherman's cottage should be! For fans of the TV show, the view from master bedroom is over the pretty slate rooftops and up to Doc Martins home and surgery. .

Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Dogs are welcome and with beautiful beaches only 20 minutes away and National Trust Roughtor within walking distance, this is the ideal holiday destination.

Pencuke farm’s 20 acres is located in a smalls hamlet, and offers 2 other cottages and 2 luxury shepherds huts. The Dutch barn is detached and sleeps up to 8 adults plus cots. Just 5 minutes from the nearest beach, it's perfect for family holidays or to celebrate special occasions.

Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)

Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.
