We loved staying at the Rocket House with our little dog. It felt like a home away from home, comfortable, spacious, and light, and I spent many hours sitting watching and listening to the sea from the big front window. It was so relaxing being so close to the beaches and sea, and being able to pop out and sit by the harbour. Portwrinkle was a lovely place, very friendly, and on the SW coast path so you could walk easily, and close to Crafthole for dinner and the community shop (an uphill walk but then down on the way back!). We visited Cawsand and Kingsand, Looe, Polperro, Antony house, Wilcove, Mount Edgcumbe, all nearby and beautiful. We will come back and stay again because I loved the home itself, the location, and the peace of the view and sea. Doing my yoga practice with the window open and the sound of the sea was wonderful. I didn't want to leave but I came home feeling rested and happy. Thank you so much.

This home is amazing, and pictures do not do it justice. It is very clean and very, very comfortable, right in the heart of the sweetest Cornwall village, Cawsand Beach. The views….. takes your breath away. Seriously. The sound and smell of the ocean are healing, and to sit there and watch the natural beauty is a big part of the experience. Once you’re there, you only have to step outside the door to be on the path to all the pubs, shops and walking paths around the area. Amanda was an excellent host and we appreciated every kindness she extended to our family. This vacation in this location will be hard to beat. We left with heavy hearts as the locals embraced us with the same amazing kindness. I would recommend this experience to anyone that appreciates an excellent home in the middle of a magical part of the world—a step back in time and a chance to reset in a stunning location. This was the best place we stayed all holiday. The location is incredible, just steps from Bamaluz beach, with amazing views and the sound of the waves coming right into the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the dogs playing on the sand, and it was only ten minutes walk to all the main beaches in St Ives. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. An absolutely perfect base for a beach holiday.

Staying at Emma’s place was a wonderful experience. The photos seen at the time of booking truly does not do the cottage justice. We felt it was so much more than we expected it to be and was truly pleasantly surprised. The views, the homeliness, comfort, decor and just the feeling when we stepped inside made us feel so warm and comfortable and the house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed. A huge plus point for us was having an electric car charger and something every Host needs to consider. Thank you Emma! Everything was just perfect. I cannot complete this review without mentioning that Emma, truly was a super Host! From the moment we confirmed our booking the communication and welcome received from Emma was very appreciated. She was very accommodating and provided great local tips, was always available to answer our questions with very quick responses. We will definitely return with our entire family next time! What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! We loved our stay in this apartment. It's very close to a dog friendly beach and our Cockapoo Mollie loved running around on the beach every day. The apartment was fabulous, really clean and modern with a fantastic balcony area which we appreciated. Jamie was an excellent host and on hand if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Incredible experience...great place, very comfortable and has everything you need. The location truly is fabulous and you can hear the sea as you sleep, so relaxing. Beautiful place to stay, i can't fault it really, came for my birthday and it was a day to remember!

We had a fantastic stay at Russels apartment. The location is amazing, right on the beach, so we woke to the sounds of the sea every morning. The apartment is big and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos and the large parking space was a great bonus. The beach is shingle and the sea calm, ideal for novice paddle boarders like me. The staff at the Bay restaurant next door are really friendly and the food was lovely. We visited many of Russels recommended places for food and all were good. There are a few shops very near by and the coastal path makes a great morning walk or run. We will be back x

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Melanie is a delightful and gracious hosess.. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in her lovely flat and made many helpful suggestions for things to do and see in the local area. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with bread, butter, milk, cooking oil, spices, coffee, and even a bottle of wine. The setting is beautiful with sweeping views of the beach and sea from every window. Highly recommend.

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

We visited Liz and Dave's beautiful apartment for my 40th birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Inside, the space was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed several mornings and afternoons on the lovely balcony. The location was amazing, very close to the train station and a bus stop and very easily walkable to pretty much anything you'd want to do in town. There is also a path across the street that takes you down to a stunning beach. Liz and Dave were responsive and just totally lovely, and made us feel welcome and special for our special occasion. I just cannot recommend the space highly enough! Thank you Liz and Dave!! (and Tara and Claire!)

Lovely spacious property in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk from beautiful Harlyn Bay. Amazing views from all the rooms. Well-equipped kitchen & thoughtful welcome gift of fresh scones and clotted cream. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. Angie was super helpful and responsive, she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment could have done with a little more thorough cleaning in the bedrooms but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

A gorgeous house within walking distance of Hayle beach. The house was brilliantly appointed and was very comfortable. Gorgeous views over the estuary enhanced our stay. Annie was a great host - very responsive and informative.

Beautiful place! Would 100% stay again! We requested decorations to be put up for arrival as it was my mams 50th birthday. We sent decorations but they weren’t put up when we arrived. We spoke with Malcolm about this and he came straight over the next morning to do this while we were out and left some beautiful cupcakes, helped us rectify the heating as it was very hot, and was available at all times when we needed! Beautiful place! Very local to lots of shops and very close to the train station: beautiful views!

Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

A very friendly and welcoming place decorated with a personal touch, the Old Beachhouse B&B offers a huge window overlooking St Ives Bay, a private terrace and direct beach access onto miles of golden sand from the garden. Thank you, Sue and Trevor!

Absolutely stunning place inside and out, I couldn’t have wished for more. The balcony was literally right on the sea and the views were gorgeous. When the tide is out there’s a lovely little beach and rock pools to explore. Lovely coastal walks down to Cawsand and Kingsand which is 2 miles each way so you do need to have a certain level of fitness, and National Trust house also nearby to visit. Lovely little ferry ride over to Plymouth and the barbican where there’s lots of lovely restaurants and little shops. The apartment itself was very cosy and comfortable with excellent WiFi connections. We didn’t close the curtains at night as it was lovely to see the sea from the bed and watch the moon shimmer on the water as well as wake up naturally with the sunrise. Best place we’ve ever stayed.
