Monthly Rentals in Poggio Impiso

As a family of four we had a great stay at this accommodation. Even thought we didn’t speak italian and the hosts didn’t speak English we had a great communication and everything went well. The place looks exactly like listed in the photos.

We had a wonderful time here. Vincenzo is very warm and gave us valuable restaurant tips and explained the surroundings to us. The apartment has everything it needs and is lovingly furnished. We enjoyed the nostalgic style very much. In February, of course, it is cooler, but with the two fireplaces, a fireplace and the air conditioning in the bedroom, you could get muddled. For the terrace with the wonderful view, it was too cool. But there are cozy seating in every room. We made beautiful trips by rental car in the area and would have preferred to stay much longer. Vincenzo is very discreet, we only saw in at the beginning. And if anyone is afraid of dogs- Tom and Dina are very sweet and especially Tom is very cuddly😊. For anyone who likes it quiet, this place is ideal. Highly recommended!

Mario's neighborhood was clean and tidy, the decor matched the description and photos. There is everything you need for a cozy stay as well as for preparing your own meals. The reception by Mario was friendly and uncomplicated, he explained everything relevant to us in detail and answered our questions. In the living area, there were various business cards of restaurants and attractions in the area. There is a large and well-kept terrace where you can relax in the sunshine. In Solarino you will find various shops and facilities for everyday needs. If you buy something that cannot be taken to the plane and must be sent home by package, I strongly recommend using the branch "Servizi Postali Di Gibilisco Michele" in the "Via Martiri delle Ardeatine, 19A".
