Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

Excellent in all respects - location, facilities, and very comprehensive information about the place and manuals / instructions for all appliances. Lovely views from the airbnb and easy access to transport to various local spots.

Staying at Andrew & Sara’s place was so wonderful - it looked exactly like the photos and made for a fantastic long weekend at the Pirate Festival! The flat was absolutely spotless and contained really thorough instructions for everything - most towels and utensils etc. were provided, but we did need to buy bathroom supplies, baking paper and clingfilm, which we’d forgotten to bring with us. The area itself feels so safe and the flat has an incredible view, but is up lots of steps, so do be prepared for that! It was completely worth it, though: I could have sat at the living room window and watched the harbour for hours, it was a very special place to be. A beautiful, well looked after home that I highly recommend - I very much hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Very stylish flat. All mod cons including sound system and fun to have a Porsche for decoration. Funky bathroom - huge free standing bath! The location is great, right down by the harbour although the boat yard blocks the view unfortunately. You can walk everywhere is a few minutes. Parking in Topsham is always tricky but this flat is really close to the quayside car park and although it is a bit narrow you can drive right down to the flat to unload your stuff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly situated with stunning views. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as the local buses run in all directions. A visit to the Steam Packet Inn is a must for a tasty meal & a drink. We were lucky that our stay coincided with the Dartmouth Music Festival & enjoyed live music on 2 nights in the Steam Packet. The area is a walker’s delight with a range is walks to suit all abilities. I cannot recommend this wonderful Airbnb highly enough & hope to return for another stay in the future. I didn’t want to leave!

Fabulous apartment, extremely clean, spacious with quality fittings. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The location of the apartment is amazing, sea views to front and views of the nature reserve to the back. The balcony with seating was a great addition which we used every night to watch the sunset. We've stayed at quite a few places in South Devon and this was certainly the best and made for an amazing holiday. Private parking was an added bonus. Hope to be back.

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. Me and my friends had a lovely stay at Amy’s place, parking was right outside and the beach on your doorstep. Ideal location with everything you could need nearby. Amy’s place is done to a very high standard will definitely be back soon

We had the most amazing stay in Wendy’s home. We arrived and were blown away by the surroundings, the garden photos do not to it justice, it is huge and absolutely beautiful. The garden backs onto a field with sheep and little baby lambs which melted us immediately, there are wild horses that walk past the gate and as animal lovers this topped our whole stay! This was a surprise for my sister and it’s safe to say she was blown away! The house was spotless, and beautifully decorated. The outside space to socialise and eat together was amazing, the area is so peaceful! The cabin blew us away! When you live in a city you don’t get to appreciate wildlife like you do in Wendy’s home. From all of us, thank you so much Wendy for such an amazing stay and for making this weekend one that my sister will never forget. We hope to visit again next year!xx

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

A beautiful property. With all modern facilities and many features. You could stay here a long time. You definitely need to be ok with steps as there are quite a few to the entrance (wants problem for us). Parking is quite “tight” below the property.

This place was perfect. It’s a lovely home, very clean & had clear instruction from host. It is easy to find and in a great location for walks to beach, and rail station. We took cycles with us and the area is very cycle friendly. Kristin responded to messages promptly, and had a folder of very useful instructions and contact details inside, that included local places to eat etc. we would certainly stay again Comfortable and peaceful. We left it as we found and loved our stay.

Just got back from a lovely impromptu weekend in Looe with my 2 children age 5 & 8. We found it really easily thanks to great instructions and arrived to find the cottage warm, cosy and welcoming. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area and we couldn’t stop looking out of the window at the beautiful view of the river. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the main centre of town where there were so many things to see and do. The shop across the road was really handy, and parking was always easy on the quayside. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

This holiday rental provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Information from Julie regarding finding the place was clear, precise and timely. Couldn't ask for anything else. Milk and wine in the fridge was a nice little extra. Many thanks.

This place was absolutely perfect from the start to the finish. We were looking for a last minute stay in Plymouth and Wills place stood out amongst the crowd. Apart from being beautifully decorated, it’s the little things that stand out that make it great. The towels smelled like home, there was shampoo and conditioner which we’d forgotten to bring and the bed was super comfortable. I’d love to come back and stay again at some stage. Thank you so much for having us.

Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

Karens place is wonderful. i would recommend anytime and would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Great location and everything was spotless and clean. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. We hardly used our car as everything was easily accessible either on foot or via public transport.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. From start to finish a wonderful stay. We were lucky with the weather but there was lots to do even if we hadn’t been so fortunate. The little house was spotlessly clean and everything there to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out with a charming patio including table and chairs. We will definitely be back. So handy too right by the sea and walkable to many restaurant cafes. Lovely Marina 2 minutes away. All in all first class.

A fabulous location overlooking the river/harbour. Gemma's is a really nice 2nd floor apartment on level ground at the start of the main street and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you're OK with the stairs I thoroughly recommend it.
