A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Great central location, the sea is at the end of the road and it's just a few minutes walk to attractions such as Plymouth Hoe, the Pavillions, Tinside Lido and the city centre. Opposite the house is a park with 4 tennis courts, and round the corner there is a children's play park. There are often events going on in the area, and there is a good choice of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
