Gabriel was a great host and provided a lot of information to make our stay better. My group didn't do the best job at separating the garbage and Gabriel was very kind and considerate in addressing the issue so we could work towards a resolution, which I appreciated. I would definitely book his place again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental home! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the historic district and just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Being able to explore the town on foot made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of character. It had all the modern comforts we needed, while still preserving the charm of its historic setting. We especially appreciated the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking about. Ali was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this home—it was the perfect setting for our vacation with multiple families and young children. The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen that made group meals a breeze to thoughtful amenities that made traveling with little ones so much easier. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying ourselves. The home was clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

We enjoyed the beautiful location with an easy walk to the ocean and nearby nature bridges park. The home was clean, welcoming and comfortable and the bedroom layout worked great for our family. It includes nice amenities with the hot tub and fire pit outdoors. The host was very responsive and friendly!

We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

The place was great! Both bedrooms were a good size and had closets and dressers to put clothes away. The entire space was really clean and felt comfortable. The property has heated pools, a playground, walking paths and beach access. It was great for us and our two young kids!

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Great location at the edge of the resort, so it feels quiet and private and yet has all the usual Seascape amenities. It’s also right on the path that leads down to the beach. Everything feels new and sparkling clean. The unit is larger than the typical Seascape 2 bedroom, with an extra dining room space.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made settling in super comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies I needed, so making dinner was a breeze. On top of that, the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

The tiny cabin was exactly what we needed to sit back and relax for a couple days. The sheets and bed comforter where like sleeping on a cloud. The backyard oasis was spotless secluded and oh so peaceful. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin in the Redwoods. What a beautiful location, of course the pictures do not do it justice. Literally nestled in the center of towering redwoods. The kids loved the swingset, art room, game room and of course exploring the yard for banana slugs. The cabin was much bigger than we expected, we definitely plan on returning in the future. We had THE BEST stay at Paige’s cabin in Felton. I can it say enough great things about Paige’s responsiveness and flexibility — from early check-in to allowing some friends to come over for a BBQ. Paige was so reasonable and accommodating, and super quick with her responses! The cabin itself was perfect for us. The proximity to Henry Cowell and downtown Felton couldn’t have been better. Surrounded by redwoods, with multiple outdoor seating options, this spot was exactly what we were looking for. We had fires in the wood burning stove in the chilly mornings and bonfires at night. The cabin is beautifully appointed, and the thoughtfulness and attention-to-detail was next level. We will be back! We’ve decided Paige’s cabin will be our place every time we’re in town. Thank you for such a great stay!
