The guest suite is connected to the main house, but has its own private stairs and entrance, as well as a dedicated parking space. Gorgeous views day and night are enjoyed from the guest suite and the covered patio underneath. Relax and watch the boats go by! We are about 20 minutes from Wilmington and 20 minutes from the beaches of Topsail Island. Please note-we do not have a boat dock available.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.
