Very beautiful home, I would definitely recommend! The only thing is once you arrive don’t be discouraged on the road loading up to the gated community nor the scenery. Once you enter the gate it is well maintained, quiet, respectful, and has a private beach entrance for the community. The house is very clean and well kept up with. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Greg’s house in Rosarito. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with it being on the beach, you’re literally steps away from a peaceful walk or nice jog. Just sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crashing all day and night was worth the stay. The privacy and freedom to be able to enjoy the fire pit while listening to music with friends and nobody around to complain about noise or having to worry about following a bunch of rules makes it even more welcoming! We literally felt at home. It was so peaceful. It’s in between Rosarito and TJ so you’re centrally located and close to clubs, restaurants, beaches and shopping. The host was great and very quick to respond to us and answered all of our questions. We all had a great time. It’s fairly priced compared to more expensive AirBNBs but the fact that it’s literally on the beach makes it an even greater deal! We will definitely be coming back soon with family!

Definitely recommend this stay! We had some trouble with the keypad at check-in, David answered right away and helped us get into to apartment. The place was clean and the view is incredible! We enjoyed a couple of the local recommendations left in a folder by the host. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us where the community room and gym were. Only down side is the wifi was a little slow at night. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. My wife and I had a great time. Devo was super responsive and very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. the place was very nice and exactly as expected. the only complaint I have is that the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. But other than that I have nothing more to say.

Norma and Ahmed were extremely helpful during our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful with plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook with. The home was in a private community and we had a private garage. I would definitely book this location again.
