Rosamaria was really awesome communicating and she is the best! I can write a novel on how awesome she was. Having that said, me and my family were astonished by how beautiful her place was. It's actually better in person and was way better than what I expected. The way she has the place decorated, it's like walking into the Mexican version of the Louvre Museum. The kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom overlooking the ocean was beautiful. I'm a huge fan watching TV and Movies, and she has the living room TV setup where you can watch anything you want, it was great. Different experience where you are watching your favorite movies and shows, and then looking outside looking at the ocean. Same thing goes for the master bedroom. Laying down on the bed while looking and hearing the ocean. Everything you would want in the kitchen is provided. You will not need to bring anything if you are planning to cook. Private community with 24/7 security made me feel safe. Thanks Rosa!!!

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was so convenient as we were so close to the beach and popular restaurants. We did a day trip to el Valle which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and there were plenty of places for all our guests to sleep. We called Rafael a few times and he was always ready and eager to help us. We really felt like he took care of us like family. Our number one priority was safety and we felt very safe in the gated community.

Great safe location. Once there no need to drive, as you can walk to everything on the strip. I had some questions and Rudy responded right away. I will try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Quiet private place, not far from Rosarito. Recommend this place! Milka is always there for you if you need anything.

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Thank you, Fay for a wonderful visit!

The place was very well kept , organized with an amazing view and large kitchen . Any amenities you will ever need were right there at our fingertips and the beach was fun to play volleyball in the sand. the color lighting was a fun, relaxing touch to the ceilings at night. i will definitely recommend the place to stay in rosarito to anyone, friends , family and one day hope to book again .

Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Easy to find. Host had clear instructions, always responsive and friendly. Felt right at home. Squeaky clean bathroom, pristine kitchen and spotless furniture. Everything matched description just like the photos. All amenities were perfect. Loved the private parking, beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful and had great restaurants nearby. Had clean pools and jacuzzis. Beach was walking distance. Security was always around. Felt safe. When going back I will be choosing this same room. Thank you Elizabeth for making the stay wonderful! 🥰

The condo was so cute and felt like I was at home! Loved how close it was to everything! Yes, there was loud music but I still slept good. The amenities were well stocked & smelled freshly cleaned! We were also able to check in early which helped us, so we wouldn’t have to walk around with our luggage.
