Elia's service was excellent, she was always available for our questions and even allowed us to check in before check-in time. The location was very convenient for us as it is about a 10-minute drive from downtown. The house is spacious and has everything you need, it was comfortable for the family as there were 8 of us. We would definitely come back.

Everything was excellent, a very nice place with plenty of space, ideal to go with family and children, very complete, the pool was large, clean and beautiful, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, it could not be fixed during our stay

This accommodation is in a very good but especially beautiful location. In a very nice chic street. A lot of nice and good restaurants/breakfast/brunch shops within walking distance. The property is very spacious and tastefully furnished. Lovely garden with super clean swimming pool. Perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommended!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bernardo’s place in Merida. The air b&b was magical! Perfect location! Just out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but within walking distance to amazing restaurants, parks, and shopping. The place itself was one of a kind. The whole property feels hand crafted and very practical yet stunning. The pool was perfect for dipping at all times of the day and only gets hot, direct sun for about 2 hours in the afternoon. The trees built into the property provide an oasis from the city. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and plenty of storage. The kitchen was perfect and supplied everything you could need during your stay. Huge shout out to Christopher (one of the property cohosts). He was incredibly responsive and attentive. Overall could not recommend this place more. I would give it an extra star if I could!

I stayed last weekend and everything was excellent. The place was immaculately clean and very well located, just a few minutes from where I had to work. Although I only came to sleep, the air conditioning was key to resting well after the hot days. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, practical and quiet space in Merida.

An excellent place to be close to downtown Merida. It was on the main streets, so you can get around everywhere. I recommend it to everyone. Very good service with great flexibility

Renee was a great host! Very responsive, hospitable, and knowledgeable about restaurants, and other local spots (sightseeing, beaches, cenotes and markets). We loved hanging out at the pool especially given the heat in May—it was truly an oasis! Would definitely go back and stay there again :).

I want to thank Kurt for the great stay we had in Merida! He was very responsive and gave helpful advice/recommendations for our trip. The pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pickleball court as well.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

Since we arrived everything was very good, clear instructions and we had no problems. I was left without internet and my cell phone was completely discharged. My mistake for not bringing a charger, but I read the instructions and shared them with my travel companion. We both had a great time. If you want to relax and sleep comfortably, this is a great place. I hope to return with my wife to enjoy it. This time I went for work

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Excellent place, service and accommodation.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...
