Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa Uaymitun

Loved the place! Beach front was just beautiful. Relaxing and peaceful place. Very good location. Loved the balcony in the front with great views and bird watching. We would love to come back!

AC is not always available. I believe its only in Summertime and preferably only at night. (It should say this on the description, but it doesn’t). We knew going in, so it wasn’t as big a deal for us. Power is an issue throughout Chelem. Electric Company charges high rates if usage is over a certain level. You can sometimes negotiate paying more to use the AC but not leaving it on all the time. You have to turn off when You leave. They ask You to conserve energy where You can. The last night we stayed, there was a band playing in the street up front. It was really loud so sleeping was tough. Obviously this isn’t their fault!! You would have had this issue staying anywhere within a half mile of the event 😞 The hosts are Wonderful people! The restaurant below is a great place to eat and/or drink in Chelem! If You are OK with these couple inconveniences, I highly recommend staying with Jill and Martin.

We really enjoyed these days of stay! While the property is exceptional with a unique location right on the beach and wonderful views, Paloma's guide, friendliness, and warmth were extraordinary. What a magical place! You have to visit 💫💫💫

I liked the place, very quiet and well-kept, the area is very safe, very clean towels and sheets, everything is very clean. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, although we were not there much, we went to a wedding and time flew by with all the preparations.

Sonya’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful week. Hearing the waves day and night made relaxing easy! The studio is so comfortable and sitting on the porch was the perfect way to end each day. Sonya is absolutely lovely. She arranged for airport transfers and gave a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Chuburná is walkable and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

Charito was always available. The house is very comfortable and full of details and amenities. Own pool and shared pools in the subdivision; very nice everything! The super cozy house with everything necessary for a family stay.

What a lovely place. Really by the sea where you could also swim really spacious, wonderfully quiet. Recommended! There were two of us but could have sat here quietly with all our children. Viejo Bar is a nice place nearby (2,5 km) where there is regular live music. Supermarket where you can really get groceries (My Marketplace) is a 20 minute walk. Smaller for drinks and chips are closer. We consciously chose not to rent a car and was easy to do with Ubers. We'd love to come back!

I thought it was an excellent place to rest. The beach is in view from all sides, the waves of the sea lulled at night and the views of the sunrise and sunset were spectacular, I definitely recommend it.

It is a peaceful place, you can breathe in the tranquility, the ocean view is fabulous, the rooms are spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay

The house and location were excellent! Beachfront house with beautiful views! The hosts were responsive. The only hiccup was that the pool wasn't super clean when we got there - my husband and daughter had to do some cleaning up.

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

The host Alex and his wife hosted us very well. We were immediately charmed by the outdoor living space including the pool and the ocean at our feet. The interior was also very good and decorated in a modern style. The kitchen open to the dining room and living room were much appreciated and the large patio doors gave us beautiful lighting and stunning ocean views. The rooms were large but be advised that the beds are small (double) but comfortable. Points to consider: if you book on the weekend, expect to be surrounded by neighbors who come to party at their "chalet" and compete for the loudest music. Nothing relaxing or pleasant. During the week, on the other hand, it's quiet and pleasant. There were small spiders on the kitchen counter and we couldn't stand having them in our food. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it, car required.

The apartment is just like the description of the listing , Elena awaiting arrival and departure , the very safe area 5 min away by car from the progress beaches, I would definitely stay again

Very nice apartment the photos coincide with the real , we felt very comfortable the hostess always pending very good communication even flexible with the departure time and as allowed by the occupancy always the condominiums are very well located and a plus esq al ser palabra baja we had very quick access we loved it without . Douda we will return

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Mariterre is an excellent host. She is very responsive and was very generous with her time and attention. She made many suggestions and even showed us around the boardwalk and nearby wetlands. We could not ask for a better greeting from her and her son. The place itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and well maintained with excellent AC. Every little detail was considered from wall magnet's that hold the doors in place on windy days to full window blinds that are easy to use etc...

Excellent location! The apartment is really nice!! There were some things that Salvador took care of for me right away, and he was very kind. I'll definitely put it on my list to come back when I feel like spending another weekend on the beach. Thank you very much!!

I want to start by thanking Roxana, as she was very responsive to any questions, inquiries or issues. While we never met in person, she was always available. Gracias! On the second day I arrived, the water and electricity were off (heavy rain), but the maintenance team (as well as Roxana) were on top of it and fixed it fairly quickly! The apartment itself is very pleasant, and the pool is a nice bonus and very close to the beach...you may need to walk a little to get to a nice beach space, but it is nice and private in the area - it feels peaceful. Walking distance, you have a pub with many expats, but can walk 40 minutes (or a short Uber drive) to go into Progreso center to have more options (restaurants, beaches, mixed crowds, entertainment, shopping...). Overall, it was a very nice stay, and perfect for a couple wanting to retreat and relax with no agenda. Muchas gracias Roxana!
