Two Bedroom, Clean Guest House in Gilbert

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!

If you want an experience with friendly goats chickens and rabbits, then this is the place for you. This is a tiny home, cozy private casita with fenced yard. WiFi, large tv with firestick for Netflix and Hulu, Tuff&needle Queen bed. Full kitchen and tankless water heater! Your own ac unit. Large acer property with farm animals on the property. Beautiful view of superstition mountains! less than 2 miles away from the freeway so you can get all around Mesa, etc. Come feed the goats!

Hacienda one bedroom with great pool

Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Cute bungalow on horse property!

Our newly built 2 bed 2 bath bungalow provides a comfortable stay with a shared yard and sports court and horses out the back window. It's close to the 202 for quick access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Beautiful flood irrigated neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Large garage allows parking for 2 vehicles. House is located behind the main home (1 acre total). You might see/hear children playing outside in the yard during the day :) Landscaping is a work in progress!
