Wonderful views if you are in the right cabin/room. The resort is well maintained with a few fun things to do onsite. We enjoyed the mini golf, views of the mountain and the Southern Comfort Lobby Bar. Something for everyone here. Great communication from our host. Also, the front desk, security team and bar staff were all friendly, accommodating and great at their jobs. We will be back!

We loved the view and how private it was up in the mountains. Macey was also very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. There’s also lots to do that’s pretty close!

Quiet spot! House was spotless and well laid out. The home had all the amenities we needed!

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

We were delighted with this beautiful bluff home from the moment we arrived. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate, the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the game room was inviting, and the view was spectacular. When we want a few quiet days away or a place in the mountains to gather with family and friends, we will certainly be checking to see if Three Pines Lodge is available.

What a beautiful place! If you are looking for peaceful surroundings but close enough to all the fun things to do in this area… you will love this location! The house was so comfortable, lots of places to relax, and the host was wonderful! We had a family wedding close to this area and the house was beautiful set up to accommodate all of our families under one roof! I would highly recommend this location and host!

I can’t say enough great things about this cabin. Melissa and Mike were so accommodating. They took time out of their day so my daughter and I could pet the cows and feed the animals. When we walked in the cabin it felt brand new. The photos do not do this cabin justice. It was decorated beautifully. The cabin is so peaceful and quiet with an amazing view. Close to most major things you would want to do in the area. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Can’t wait for your other places to open up in the next few years.

Greg and Kerri’s cabin is gorgeous! It is decorated with not a single detail left unnoticed. The location in the mountains is so peaceful. Greg was a very responsive host! This is the perfect stay for your family while in Gatlinburg TN!

We were very pleased with the house. It was extremely nice, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We especially enjoyed walking along the river path and relaxing in the “scoop” swings at the house! Overall, it was a perfect short getaway for us!! Thanks for everything!!

It was everything as described. The rooms were just as pictured. You have two rooms; both have kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and pull-out sofas. The jacuzzi in the master suit was amazing! There is a waterpark and several heated pools as well as hottubs. We had access to all of it included with our stay. Al is an "owner" which means he has a timeshare that he has to book, so you may have to work around the available time he has available to him. The days that we first asked for were not available, but he did his best to accommodate us with a date that worked for the park as well as us. He is a honest and kind person. Please be patient as he will do his best to set up a time that works for the both of you. The park staff will try to sale you a timeshare. They offered us 150 dollars, a three night vacation, and lunch. They are pushy sales people, so be aware. You can refuse right away, or take the free stuff and walk away. Or. You can become an owner like Al.

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg! Great spot to use as a homes base for activities in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. As described and looks like the pictures. Had lots of fun during our weekend in Gatlinburg! 🙂
