Condo vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge

We were very impressed with this place! It was perfectly clean, had a great bed, and was very spacious. It was right by the elevator, so despite being on the fourth floor, it was super easy to get to. And the building was right beside the lazy river. We will likely stay here again!

Great place for a couple to stay. I loved the minimal but cute decor in just the right places. Felt comfortable here. Plenty of towels & washcloths for two. The king size memory foam mattress bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub on point. Ice in the freezer was a big plus. Filters for coffee pot in cabinet was a life saver as I forgot to bring any. Food, fun & The Island are all found in a 5 to 10 min walk. You can also avoid some traffic by taking the secondary street next to the Parkway from the condo to get from point A to B a little quicker. Loved that part. Leslie and John sent clear & easy check in & out instructions. We had no issues with our stay and I'll definitely check availability for this spot on our next visit.

Had a great time in the beautiful mountains. The place was cozy and had a great location just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Gatlinburg!

Aimee & Jeff were great hosts! They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay for me and my family. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the condo was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was a great location and close to all the activities we planned to do as a family. We won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

We always like staying at the Riverstone resort. The condo we stayed in was as expected in a very good way. The king bed was not that great, really springy but that’s an us issue and not a deal breaker. We still were able to sleep. The pools were nice the lazy river especially. The relaxing view right next to the river was also very nice. It’s got great proximity to Dollywood and other popular spots right in Pigeon Forge. It’s a great spot and will continue to be one of the places we stay while in Pigeon Forge.

The bungalow was perfect. We had an awesome view and we did get to see some bears up close. We will definitely be back!

From the beginning, I was impressed with Rachel being proactive and communicating well with me. She was always quick to respond to any messages I sent. Check-in was super easy. My family and I absolutely loved her place! It was just like the photos and description. There were many upgraded light fixtures and plenty of outlets to plug in cell phones etc. We loved the kitchen and the French style door refrigerator. It was nice having a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and having ice in the freezer. The entire place was well thought out and very comfortable for us. The place just had an upscale touch, but also very comfortable. Above all else, it was extremely clean! We loved staying here and hope to come back again!

This was an overall great place to stay. Pictures matched the listing. It was clean and right off the main strip where everything was located. Balcony was great. Good instructions for easy entrance and departure. The pool and park was a plus. Thank you.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tracy’s attention to detail is A+. The kids loved the Minnie and Mickey Mouse decor in the guest bathroom and the bunk bed hideaway. The pool right outside was also a big hit. We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The condo was perfect for our family’s trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It was super clean, comfortable, and equipped with all we needed when we weren’t out and about! A definite plus was we were able to catch the city trolley to and from Dollywood. I recommend catching it across the street from the property, near the market/pizza place, to have plenty of seating options. We would definitely stay again in the future!

fantastic view for an incredible price. Great for bear sightings too since we happened to stumble upon 2 bears just a couple minutes from the condo in comparison to us not seeing any at the parks. Would stay here again!

This was the most wonderful getaway for us! The condo was absolutely perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the lazy river on site and enjoyed warm cookies and coffee in the lodge when we checked in. This is such a beautiful hidden gem in this area.

We really enjoyed staying at the condominium. It was a beautiful place and peaceful. Our granddaughters love the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Dylan and Suzanne’s condo for our weeklong trip to visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg with our twin 4 year olds. The condo is in an excellent location to Pigeon Forge, which is where we were planning to spend most of our time. (Everything to do for young children is all in Pigeon Forge—we only spent one day in Gatlinburg doing the aquarium and for us that was enough) But back to the condo—it was extremely close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge. You can actually see it from the top of the Island Ferris wheel! So you are close to everything, but once you’re inside the condo sitting on the balcony you feel like you’re in the Smoky Mountains and have the greatest, most relaxing and quiet/peaceful view! The condo felt safe and kid-friendly. It’s technically the 2nd floor, but your parking and entrance is ground level. This area of the condo has the best parking on level ground (versus the side of the mountain you’ll be driving on to get up there). Book it! You’ll be glad!

This is such a great location! It feels like it’s close to everything yet it’s off the main drag, which is nice. It was super quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back. Mikki was extremely responsive. And very personable. We really appreciated staying here. I would highly recommend it for anyone. Just don’t take our weekends lol
