Cottage vacation rentals in Pictou

A wonderfully quiet, relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Seth was in touch early, gave great instructions, and was very responsive. Would love to stay again in the future.

The cabin was delightful and very well equipped- it had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was great way to start and end the day. No complaints.

Lisa & Jared were fabulous hosts! Their place far exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean and comfy. Had all of the creature comforts we could ask for. We spent a lot of time enjoying the deck while our dog ran the fenced in yard. Sunrises, sunsets, tides, beach walks and relaxing afternoons sitting on the amazing deck, what more could one ask for!! Thank you for your hospitality! It was a great week!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we loved the property. The kitchen had everything you needed. There was lots of room for everyone to sit around, play games, eat and you always felt included. We didn't have to go far and we were on the ATV trails....and there were lots of them to enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfy. The overall feel of the place is cozy snd comfy. We are recommending this property to all our friends.

We were a group of 10 people and stayed there for 2 nights. The house looked exactly as the pictures on the Airbnb. Lots of amenities, including Hot tub and swimming pool, which both have been super clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for dinning and sleeping. Not to forget Gurvinder, who has been quick with responding to communications as well. We all enjoyed our time very much and "we" would definitely recommend this place for your friends and family getaways.

There were 10 of us and everyone loved the house, the location, the view and the amenities. The pictures didn't do it justice especially the bathrooms. Place was absolutely perfect. Cozy yet lots of room....definitely like to go again in the future.

This place is quiet, peaceful and has everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. It also has a grocery store just a couple minutes away which is a bonus in case you forget to bring something. Definitely worth a stay if you’re ever in Tatamagouche.

Quiet beautiful spot to take in the nature of PEI. Loved the beach at the end of the Lane. The lodge was perfect for what we needed very clean and the hosts were great.

Lyndsay's cottage was exactly what we were looking for in a month-long holiday rental. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were able to dial in to do school work, relax, spread out puzzles on the table, and cook all of our meals. The master bed was luxurious... we slept so well. And I brought way too many clothes, as we were able to keep up with laundry, so we wore the same cozy outfits over and over. Thank you, Lyndsay, for your hospitality! You were the best host! This cottage is a true PEI gem! The location was private and beautiful - that view from the porch! - and cottage had everything we needed for a family vacation. Close to stunning beaches (Panmure Island was our fav) and the charming town of Montague. Being able to use the new sea kayaks to explore the river/harbour was an added bonus! Steve and Lori were excellent hosts - very communicative and welcoming, they made the cottage feel like home away from home. We'd highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This was our first trip to PEI and we were unfamiliar with the area. We had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage and had everything we needed, except shampoo. :-) It was a little removed from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores but forced us to venture out and explore! The cottage was lovely, and the beds were so comfortable!

We loved our time at this airbnb with the family! it was a beautiful view and the home was so cozy 😍 Our family enjoyed our stay and it was extremely well stocked. we especially enjoyed the baby swing they had for our 6 week old. Hosts are great, we highly reccomend!

This is the fourth year my friends and I have stayed at Steve's place. We love the location, with direct access to the beach. Steve has tons of amenities and it really is a relaxing weekend. Hope to continue the tradition!

The cottage itself was very rustic, small and very simple but on par with my expectations for a PEI beach cottage. One doesnt intend to spend much time in it. My mother was very bothered that there was no wine glasses or corkscrews but I was happy enough to drink my screwtop wine out a juice glass. It was indeed very close to a very splendid beach - 5 min walk at most. Such a tranquil little hidden gem of a beach, great for swimming and walking and just chillin. I wasnt aware of how remote the area was though - there isnt even a gas station nearby and its like a 20 minute drive to get the most basic of necessities. And, as the cottage was totally bare bones with no provisions, as soon as we arrived we had to turn around and drive back out to go find oil and soap (I saw too late the hosts note that none was provided). All being said - a lovely little beach cottage for the price, just plan around its remoteness! Host gave us some great tips on where to get fresh seafood too!

Our stay at Monique's Cottage was exceptional. An authentic slice of Maritime Heaven. Growing up, I spent most summers in PEI, so know the Island very well. That said, Montague was new to me, and it exceeded each and every expectation. The location of the cottage was ideal, very close to town, restaurants, and many Maritime Music options. Location was very private and quiet, and enjoyed daily swims on the beach. Weather was warm, so the air conditioning was very much appreciated, resulting in excellent sleeps. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed Montague, MacDonald's Bakery, Windows on Water, and Copper Bottom Brewery were a few of our many favorites. Really enjoyed Georgetown and close proximity to Charlottetown. We'll be back. Glen.

this cabin was very cozy and well taken care of. the beds were comfy and we were all thrilled with the amount of fans to use ! this was an area of pei that I hadn't stayed in before and id definitely come back. I do think, however, that they pride themselves on being a family oriented location so if the vibe is different then that... it might not be the right fit for you! overall; a great airbnb

Amanda's home was as described very clean and easily accessible down a country gravel road into a quiet cottage subdivision. Lovely 4 min walk to the steps to the beach! A nice location for a family to enjoy!

Great location, beautiful view of the lake. Excellent for snowmobiling and atving on the local trails. The cottage was very cozy, well equipped, comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay. Will most definitely return again.

We had stayed there before it’s a nice location peaceful.Sharon and Chris were very friendly and helpful.They also did some upgrades the place is well equipped and clean would go back there in a flash.Thank you for a wonderful week.Terry and Janice

We had a wonderful March Break stay at Taylor's beautiful vacation home on the Wallace River in Wentworth. The home is new, modern and very comfortable. We were a small group of 3 adults and 2 young children. Beds were all very comfortable and kitchen offered everything we needed to make our meals. We were able to use both indoor and outdoor fire places. The children loved looking for fossils along the riverbank and view was gorgeous. There were lots of toys and books for them as well. We would definitely stay here again on a ski vacation. Wentworth ski hill was only 10 minutes away. Perfect spot.

A fantastic cottage with beautiful views and friendly hosts. We came here for our honeymoon and it was everything we needed. Waking up everyday to a beautiful view of the ocean, exploring at low tide and dinners out in Charlottetown. It was really wonderful, we even got lucky and had the chance to see outstanding views of the northern lights. Very comfy cozy and well equipped with everything that’s needed during your stay. 1000/5 ⭐️
