Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

This private lane is shared by the Forest Hills Golf & Country Club, as well as the KOA Campground - a hot spot for families in the summertime. Surrounding trees provide a sense of quiet and privacy, while just a short 1-2 min drive from all the amenities that Cavendish is known for: beaches, trails, amusement/water parks, golf, artisan shops, and eateries.

This guest suite is located 20 minutes away from Charlottetown, and 5 minutes from Prince Edward Island National Park (and the beach). It's about 20 minutes away from the famous Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables house. This 2-bedroom suite has a private entrance with free parking.
