Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Lovely spot! Thoughtful amenities like butter, milk and jam that were much appreciated and made breakfast easy. The L’Occitane shampoos and soaps were delightful. The welcome booklet had great recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions about trash/recycle/compost. A little bit of noise at night from the street, but not constant, just a person walking by here and there. Otherwise, it was very quiet. Lovely courtyard and beautiful artwork in the space. Bed downstairs was a 5/5 and the twin beds upstairs were 4/5 for us. This was a perfect space for our trip to Cambridge. Thanks, Sarah!

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

AirBnB started with the premise that hosts would welcome travelers into their homes. It was/is a nice ideal: we travel the world to encounter people with experiences that may differ from ours. Miranda and Mark exemplify that notion. They clearly enjoy meeting people from all lands and provide a beautiful and comfortable place for them to stay. Stamford is a charming town. Just walking around the center is great entertainment. We only made an overnight stay while passing through but would have liked to spend more time.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

This was our second stay and not our last. Sue and Geoff let you into their home and you fit right in. The continental breakfast also makes this a cut above other Airbnb's and also nearby hotels. Highly recommend.

we had a very comfortable night staying in Julie's place. luxurious shower. comfy bed. lovely country setting with nice walks, country pubs and coffee spot. Julie very helpful with pub dinner recommendations. a good value stay over.
