We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s lovely cottage. The place is clean and has everything we need and more, location is great, right next to lots of green space, perfect for an evening stroll. Burghley house is just a few mins drive, well worth the visit. Stamford town centre is just 5-10 mins walk away, with lots of pubs/restaurants/bakery/gift shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

Oliver was a great host, would highly recommend! There was some issues my end and he was very patient and understanding with me, as well as having fast communication. The property was lovely and everyone enjoyed their stay.

This was the perfect place for our family! The house was spacious and modern, with many amenities. The decor is colorful and fun, and there were so many books and toys and parks close by to keep my three kids very happy! I loved being able to cook dinner (with lots of storage space cleared out for our food) but the convenience of shops and restaurants by a five minute walk was fantastic. Lindsey was a great host and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place!

Bobs house was lovely and clean and the location was great! Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Beverly is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive to her guests' needs. The house is very conveniently located, just 15min walk from the City Centre, in a lively and interesting neighbourhood. Just 10mins from the train station and nice playground. The house is spacious and has a lot of character. Suited very well the needs of our family (three young kids). Beverly helpfully provided us with her spare bikes, what was extremely useful. Overall, highly recommended for longer stays and for families.

The house was a walkable distance from town with the rooms being spacious and perfect for our group of 7. We needed some help with the thermostat and the hosts were extremely quick with the replies and we got it sorted right away, which we appreciate. Before check-in we had to pay a deposit and provide extra identification (on a separate private website of theirs), but it worked out and we would definitely book with them again.

Ticked all the boxes while working away with the lads four of us found this place just perfect. Clean bedding and towels and a well equipped kitchen and sky Q too. Suzanne was responded to messages and is a great host

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

we had a lovely stay at Tess's place. The house is very nice and practical and Tess was quick to answer when we needed something. it's quite easy to find a parking spot in the street and the area is very quiet and beautiful. I'd definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house to stay in, everything you could possibly need and more in the house. Feels cozy and the fireplace definitely helps with that! The location is great, close to the town centre but in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

Tram was nothing less than a fantastic hope. She was so supportive as a fellow mum and as a host. I felt at home right away and the house was well stocked with everything you could need. The area felt safe and there was ample parking. The house was always warm and a very clean, clutter free space and my two daughters enjoyed playing with the toys! Thanks Tram!

Had a lovely stay at The Stables. Felt right at home. It’s larger than the photos suggest & very clean & comfortable. Jean-Pierre was an excellent host, very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and house. Walking distance to both Burghley and Stamford shops/ restaurants. Only one free parking space but large car park next door, a few steps away. All day ticket £5 or you can book a slightly cheaper weekly car park ticket in advance, Mon- Fri or Mon-Sat, Sunday and bank holidays free. House was lovely and beautifully decorated. The small outside seating area was extremely well landscaped to provide unexpected privacy. The welcome basket provided was a nice touch. All in all a great place to stay.

A lovely, interesting house full of character and the sort of house I would happily have as my own home. The accommodation was well presented and very clean. Checking in and out of the accommodation was very straightforward and communication with the host was very easy. Being in the centre of St Neots there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within a short walk of the accommodation and there's a Lidl supermarket close by for those who want to stay in and cook their own meals. Although the accommodation doesn't have its own car parking, the Lidl car park is next door and handy for unloading/loading luggage and we had no problem parking our car overnight in nearby streets. The accommodation is on a main road so there is some traffic noise, but this is to be expected. Overall I was completely satisfied with the accommodation and will happily stay there again. A big thank you to the hosts for helping to make our visit to St Neots so enjoyable.

Krisztina's place is cosy and warm. Stayed for a few days with my family and a few kids and the kids loved the place. Check in was very easy and Krisztina gladly accomodated our request to check in early evening though she had guests checking out on the same day. I highly recommend this place.

This townhouse was just perfect to be able to visit town. It’s close to shops, grocery stores, pubs, and most importantly the coffee shops! It’s set up like a lovely and welcoming home. Very easy to feel right at home. Kelly-Anne was a brilliant host! I’d definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at Easter so we could visit family and friends in Cambridge. The house is nicely furnished and decorated throughout and the bed was so comfy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our Labrador and David was friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, close to the motorway and to get in to central Cambridge. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house. Very modern and kept a high standard. Location is ideal for local restaurants and eateries.

We found the Stone House II clean, stocked with all the essentials and pleasantly well-maintained. David was highly responsive in ensuring we could reach the place and access it in good time, and left clear instructions and expectations. Best of all, this property sits on the cusp of the Colwick woods and nature reserve, which made for an excellent evening of dog walking. The city centre is also reachable on foot, and we were able to enjoy a lot of what Nottingham has to offer, with a quiet place to sleep.
