We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

The stay at Serenella's was great. The apartment is located directly on the sea and you can enjoy an incredible sunrise. Communication was very warm and Serenella was very accommodating. The place is highly recommended.

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Luca’s place was in a very private and peaceful location. The garden was perfect for relaxing in and our dog enjoyed it too! There are some beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

We had a very nice week at Mario's. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable in a quiet environment and with a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Mario communicated with us throughout our stay to see if everything was going well. He guided us before our trip and sent us a number of good addresses, whether practical or touristy. Mario is very attentive to his guests, and small touches were waiting for us upon arrival (fruit, drinks, breakfast, etc.). We highly recommend Mario for your stay in Sardinia, you won't be disappointed by the accommodation or by Mario.

Fabulous getaway close to great beaches and lovely food. Fabio had lots of recommendations and whilst we didn’t end up using the kayak or bikes it was great to have as an option! Thanks Fabio, we’ll be back!

Amazing place. We’ve been in Sardinia for a few weeks, but this was the best place so far. Barbara is a great host, extremely accommodating and friendly. She even recommended places where to go eat in Costa Rei and our next place. The place was beautiful, you can tell that there’s a lot of love and dedication (Alma) in Casa Alma. The back garden is beautiful and we could stay in a lot and our small son loved the place! The private access to the beach was also a fantastic thing to have. We highly recommend it and would definitely be coming back.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several options to change seating due to wind, rain or sun. Very nice house beach. Approx. 5 min. by car. You can also walk to the water. Approx. 5 min. However, there are only rocks. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish), where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Travel time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always over the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always a hassle. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia there is a fish shop. In the evening, there's nothing to do, where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants were no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They suffer when they're outside all year. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great house.

Great stay at Cristina's, who was from start to finish a considerate, welcoming, responsive host… the best! Well-equipped, clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, superb garden and the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake… You can go and stay with her, in this apartment or the second one she offers, without a second thought. We felt very comfortable in Michele's accommodation. A spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A very comfortable bed from which you could also enjoy the sea view! Michele was so kind as to guide us over the phone to find the entrance for parking, as we arrived late in the evening in the dark. He also kindly fulfilled my request to put the exact type of milk I wanted in the fridge for our breakfast coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

Alessandra's apartment is in a great location, in fact you can explore from here, by car, the countless beaches of Ogliastra, on foot, the charming town of Santa Maria Navarrese. The house has great indoor and outdoor spaces, with a very spacious and livable porch. The proximity to Tancau beach (less than 50m) is an added value. The supply of essentials is complete and very practical. Recommended.

The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

The view was amazing and we loved swimming from the private access steps. We also loved cooking in the well provided for kitchen and using the beautiful platters to serve the food. We appreciated the supplies provided for when we arrived and separate bathrooms for each room was a real plus.
