What a beautiful home in a stunning location - even better in real life. Perfect for our 2 families. A complete escape - totally private and quiet with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. There is a perfect place for every part of the day, whether swimming in the pool or having a leisurely breakfast or dinner outside (or inside). Beautifully designed interior, from bathrooms to antique furniture and art and a very well appointed kitchen. Every detail has been thought of, and it is also very comfortable and family friendly. Eva was a friendly and responsive host, and we were grateful for her long list of recommendations. Endless day trip opportunities by car, including stunning hill towns (e.g. Urbino, Gubbio, Todi) and the coast (e.g. Sirolo). Honestly could have spent the entire time just relaxing at this beautiful home! Would love to return.

The perfect place to stay in Perugia and fully live an experience in Umbria. The house is 1 km from the center, which is very easy to reach, comfortably on foot, by bus and by car. At the same time, it is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by olive trees. The house is nothing short of gorgeous. You enter a beautiful stained glass room overlooking the green hills. In addition to being brand new, the kitchen is also equipped with all utensils and dishes, spices, coffee, and breakfast sweets. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher with all the attached soaps. The bedroom is a dream for those who want to rest fully and there is a very large closet in which to arrange their clothes. The bathroom is beautiful! Beautiful sanitary ware and a large and comfortable shower. The house is super quiet and you can enjoy a lot of peace. It's extremely clean and every space is super well cared for The hosts are always available and very kind and respond to every need. Not to be missed

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Beautiful apartment in great location in walking distance to everything. Very clean and new. Nicely designed unique space that is well decorated/appointed with great attention to detail. It was especially nice that the host stocks a good amount of basic essentials in the kitchen like salt, sugar, oil, etc. There was more than enough coffee provided for our stay and in addition there was even some milk, yogurt, butter and other breakfast items available. This was all a very nice touch as the last apartment we stayed in did not have any of this. The terrace was awesome with an incredible view. We would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Paolo’s place exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a secluded place in the country and also accessible with a rental car. From the warm welcome at the front gate to easy parking right next to our farm house, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. We could spend months in this beautiful home. Paolo and Flora are a lovely couple. They have a cute little dog and three cats that are all very friendly. There was a bottle of red wine for us as well as fresh fruit and a big bottle of water. On the last night of our stay they cooked a lovely traditional Italian meal for us. Paolo’s communication was almost instant. He was also very thorough with his instructions on everything we needed to know about the house. I can’t say enough about this stay. And lastly the views from our house were breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scenery! I highly recommend.

Manuela’s place was the perfect stay to end our holiday. Manuela was such a warm and welcoming host. She met us, helped carry our bags and told us all we needed to know about the house and the stunning town of Spello. Manuela’s house is very special. The terrace has the most amazing views and the house itself is cosy, well equipped and very artistically decorated with beautiful objects. It is very historic with such an interesting story to tell. The town had many wonderful restaurants and places of interest. We enjoyed exploring the town as well as walking along part of the old Roman aqueduct beside gorgeous olive groves. Our backroad drive to Assisi and return over Mont Subasio was breathtaking. We definitely recommend a stay at Manuela’s house in this beautiful walled town. A perfect base to explore far and wide.

We had such a lovely stay in Paolo and Anja’s apartment! We had booked for a few nights but the moment we walked in, especially once we saw the incredible view from the roof - absolutely stunning - we wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately - but unsurprisingly- it was booked for the next 2 nights, so we stayed in one of Paolo’s other lovely properties, In gorgeous peaceful Collepino, and then came back for another wonderful week. To be up for the sunrise on that roof is a pleasure we can’t describe! Wow. Paolo and his lovely mother Mariela were always so amazingly helpful. Any questions we had were answered seemingly in seconds. Spello is a beautiful, peaceful, medieval town, which we would highly recommend spending real time in rather than a day trip. Thank you, Paolo!

We have just come back from a fantastic weeks holiday in Massimo's House. He and his family were SUPER, SUPER hosts, nothing was too much for them. The house was spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable, we slept exceptionally well. It is certainly a House we would come back to again...thank you Massimo and family.

We loved Barbara's place. It was like nowhere we have stayed before! Really atmospheric, yet containing all the comforts you hope to find. Barbara was extremely responsive when we reached out to her. She shared recommendations for restaurants, and provided clear and detailed instructions as to where to park and how to find her place. We loved Gubbio, and wholeheartedly recommend a stay in this beautiful town and apartment.
