Monthly Rentals in Pellet Island

Cool little loft at the end of a secluded driveway. No frills, no complaints. Comfortable and peaceful. In striking distance of many North Shore gems. Hosts were communicative, friendly, helpful. Would stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying. We love the stay. Beautiful surroundings, close to hiking areas, and the cabin feels right at home.

Reunion of 3 grad school friends who hadn’t been together in a couple of decades. We felt right at home and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Proximity to a string of state parks and other points of interest was great. It was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Thanks, Jacob, for hosting us and providing us with a place to reconnect.

This review is for Nathan personally. Due to a double booking experience between VRBO and Airbnb, I did not stay in the Airbnb that I had booked; someone else was already there. :-( However, Nathan was immediately responsive and compensatory upon discovery of this nightmare and got us into a comparable Airbnb in the same city. It was just as enjoyable for my family of 7. Nathan (and property manager Mel) did everything they could to ensure my family and I were well taken care of during our stay. They helped make a nightmare situation go from 'worst ever' to 'best experience possible!' Thank you so much to Nathan and Mel. If I could choose to stay at their properties and not have to deal with Airbnb, I would again and again!
